कार्यसूची:
डुवर्सको चलिरहेको जातीय अध्ययन प्रतिवेदनसम्बन्धी महत्त्वपूर्ण विषयहरूमा छलफल र निर्णय।
बैठक विवरण:
समय: दिउँसो २:३० बजे
अध्यक्षता: अध्यक्ष श्री एस.एन. प्रधान
स्वागत मन्तव्य: महासचिव (G S) श्री प्रशान्त थुलुङ
उपस्थित सदस्यहरू:
डुवर्सका सातवटा गोर्खा समितिका प्रतिनिधिहरू तथा D G T S D C का मुख्य कोर सदस्यहरू।
मुख्य छलफल र निर्णयहरू:
१. स्वागत मन्तव्य:
• बैठकको प्रारम्भ महासचिव श्री प्रशान्त थुलुङले स्वागत मन्तव्यबाट गरे। त्यसपछि अध्यक्ष श्री एस.एन. प्रधानले आफ्नो मन्तव्य राखे।
२. प्रतिनिधिहरूका विचार र सुझाव:
• सातवटा गोर्खा समितिका प्रतिनिधिहरूले आफ्नो विचार, सुझाव र प्रगति रिपोर्टहरू प्रस्तुत गरे।
३. कार्ययोजना:
• छलफलको समिक्षा गर्दै अध्यक्षले कामलाई तीव्रता दिन महत्त्वपूर्ण पदाधिकारीहरूसँग भेटघाटको प्रस्ताव राखे।
• भेटघाटका लागि १५ देखि २२ जनवरी २०२५ बीचको समय तय गरियो, जुन सम्बन्धित पदाधिकारीहरूसँगको समयअनुसार तय गरिनेछ।
४. आर्थिक व्यवस्थापन:
• प्रस्तावित भेटघाटका लागि खर्च व्यवस्थापन गर्न सातवटा गोर्खा समुदायबाट ₹१,५००/- उठाउने निर्णय गरियो।
• भविष्यमा परिस्थिति अनुसार उक्त रकम बढाउन सकिने पनि निर्णय गरियो।
• सबै प्रतिनिधिहरूलाई १२ जनवरी २०२५ भित्र कोषाध्यक्ष श्री सानु खवासलाई रकम बुझाउन अनुरोध गरियो।
५. समाप्ति मन्तव्य:
• बैठकको अन्त्यमा अध्यक्षले बैठकमा भएका निर्णयहरूको घोषणा गर्दै सबै सदस्यहरूलाई सक्रिय सहभागिताको लागि धन्यवाद व्यक्त गरे।
निष्कर्ष:
बैठक अध्यक्षको धन्यवाद ज्ञापनसहित सम्पन्न भयो।
