Strawberry Ice cream
🍓 Ingredients
300g Strawberry
1tbs Baking soda (option)
50g Sugar
50g Condensed milk
200ml Whipped cream
🍽 Recipe
1. Soak the strawberries in baking soda water for 5 minutes and wash them in running water.
2. Cut the washed strawberries into small pieces.
3. Add sugar, condensed milk, and whipped cream to the strawberries and mix.
4. Grind gently with a mixer.
5. Sieve it to create a softer texture.
6. Freeze in the freezer for more than three hours.
