Thank you.
Good morning y'all!!! I made it through the first part of my skin removal surgeries! Arm/Thigh/Breast Lifts and breast implants. I had swell-hell for about a week. PSA; be careful when you purchase bone broth and the sodium content...I suggest to make your own. My LBL is in a couple of months. I'm looking forward to having more energy and stamina. *EVERYTHING LOOKS AMAZING!!! 😍 Protein for healing and the supplements you've recommended. Thank you all for being here for us!!! 🥰
Yay, Jeni!!! Thank you so much for the update! So good to hear you are recovering well and loving your results ❤️ I agree, homemade is always best for bone broth and soups, and everything 😊 I like knowing exactly what I'm eating! Please continue to keep us updated on your journey!
Loved the show and enjoyed the banter!
Thank you, Princessa G! We love Q&A episodes! They always lead to fun converstations and good info!
Good morning! 🌞Love the show! 🥰Amy I was wondering how to find the pillow system you recommend? 🤔
Would also like to know, thanks!
Hi Jeni, thanks for watching! Here's a link for the pillow system: a.co/d/8HMz7nZ
Hi! Thanks for watching! Here's a link for the pillow system: a.co/d/8HMz7nZ
@@JasonMartinMDAwesome sauce! Thank you!!!
I'm planning on my first set of skin removal; arm/thigh lifts and breast lift/aug. Possibly, 6 weeks later the LBL. My Board Certified Cosmetic Surgeon is very confident in the outcome and has done these before. Any recommendations for me? Thank you for the shout out!!! 😍 Since, my Roux en-Y, I no longer partake in the candy corn, but do on the nuts. And I💯agree Nils is gorgeous!!! YOU ALL ARE GORGEOUS!!!
Yay, Jeni! That's so exciting! I highly recommend the pillow system (of course) for all surgeries. A few things you might consider for your LBL:
Shewee (or similar) I use a long oil funnel for my bodybuilding shows 😁 a.co/d/2dHSMUh
A toilet raiser a.co/d/dGZArIb
Slip on shoes and comfy snug highwaisted leggings. Please let me know if you have any questions!
@@JasonMartinMD Hi Amy! I watched your body building episode, you look GREAT!!! I've always admired Cory Everson(the OG) ;) and lifted weights in high school, still do. 🙌🙌 I totally get it! On the toilet riser; I got a different one, I have an oblong toilet...it's 4.5" high putting the placement just above the knee. Does that sound high enough? I also have a she-wee, my daughter wanted me to hike with her at some point. 🤞❤ And is it realistic for me to think I'll be comfortable in a two piece bathing suit, once I heal? I'll be trading the loose skin flab for scars...I'm just reconciling it in my mind and tempted to take a washable magic marker and make the lines on my body, just so that I can get my mind inline with what will be.
Thank you so much, Jeni! Yes, Cory, six time Ms. Olympia and so inspiring!
Your 4.5" raiser will be perfect. You have everything you need for a smooth recovery!
@@JasonMartinMDThank you so much!!! 🥰
@@JasonMartinMDHey Amy, just curious...what price range do these procedure fall under in CO?
The information is so helpful and the banter is really frustrating and distracting.
Hi Laura, thanks for watching! We try to keep our episodes educational but still fun, podcasts do tend to be a bit more chatty. Glad you found our information helpful despite the banter.
