Shorr no
I never see too many people talk about it, but the editing in your videos is amazing! its so unique and I love all the little sound effects, 10/10
bill's edits are literally the best on youtube
@@phm6834 Yes! I find that mostly falls into three categories: so ~bad~ you notice it, good enough you don't notice, so *good* you notice it. Bill's editing definitely falls into that 3rd category.
He's the best kept secret on the internet now don't ruin it ♡
Same it wonderfully
Videos are good but the sound effects are too much. Distracting and make t]your ADR hard to understand.
I would love to see you build the cute little version before it’s big change!
Bill can NOT keep getting away with this, he just attacked a random skeleton off the street and filed his head. This thing kinda reminds me of the bear-human thing from Annihilation or something like that with the skull hanging off this long swampy-looking neck, like it's decomposing and its skin is just this dark green slop hanging down about to fall off any moment. The way it was initially described before he settled on a body, I was actually thinking more like a Skull Crawler from the Godzilla/Kong monsterverse.
And as always, editing and sounds are top notch, you shouldn't go without praise for putting effort into hand-animating the construction of something for little more than a joke, and of course sets you apart from the same old sped-up footage so many other people will rely on almost exclusively.
Love it, Bill. I love watching you draw The translation from paper to physical thing was great!
Cheers Big guns *ahem* I mean Boylei
Agreed
Beautiful creep, Bill. Can you film your sketchbook falling from your 1000 foot ceiling next time?
done
One of my favorite aspects of your videos is the lore of your creatures. Legitimately interesting backstories!
That turned out awesome Bill! We know its a creep, but is it also a weirdo? What is it doing here? Does it belong here?
I don't care if it hurts
@@BillMakingStuff I wanna have control
Ok computer, perhaps it's a paranoid android?
@@BillMakingStuff CAT, Stop commenting and pretending your Bill!!
@@lol_b6168 I want a perfect body.
Aww, that tragic backstory. I love how dynamic the pose is. Awesome job, as always!
Fantastic video as always, I was thinking that the Gasquito might be starting to feel lonely. Everyone needs a friend, even creepy robots!
Yay, Bill upload day is a slightly better day!
The randomness of the dice rolls is a great idea, you should add more of them:
Roll for color, roll for rust, ones would be out of the comfort zone and sixes would be rust buckets
He may have cheated..😉
"what...you're enjoying this?" I love your interactions with cat...XD
The lore of Bills world is excellent. Very cute, scary and sad.
I love how you casually make really good and creepy lore
The Dulcolax advert that played after you getting the dice back from cat was so perfectly timed
Dude I always love your builds. This one is no different. 10/10! Your aesthetic and the way you edit your videos are always an inspiration
Love to watch some bill making stuff amidst drinking some probably too cold tea and a probably too hot water cushion
Poor companion bot. But at least he got his revenge. And now he's got a new purpose, and a badass mechanical body to go along with it.
I'm 30 seconds into this video and I'm already absolutely terrified for that OG 1980's Vulture Man.
I'm a sucker for shambling biomechanical monstrosities so this is an absolute joy
Bill! Plasticard is FREE! Find a place that sells ice-cream by the scoop, some fancy corner shops do. Ask then for their empty ice-cream tubs. The plastic is almost the same as plasticard and takes polycement and super glue really well.
Petition for Bill to make a short stop-mo comedy. His comedy edits are so on point.
"A companion bot. Not what you think it is"
*proceeds to describe exactly what I thought it was*
I was just actually thinking how impressive the amount of work that goes into not only the build but the documentation of such. Mad skills on both fronts. Cheers!
For some reason I like this way better than the giant scrap monster u made last year, I guess bigger isn't always better. Awesome stuff Bill!
I agree
Looks great and the Storytime is interresting, too.
Your editing style reminds me of some childhood shows I watched nostalgified.
Your videos never cease to bring me joy, Bill. Your wonderful creations, your relaxed personality, your whole channel. It feels like Christmas every time you post something new.
Bill without beads is like Bill with beads, but only without beads.
Oh wow! The SHRIKE?!?! The Hyperion books were amazing but no one else has ever heard of it! The shrike is super dope
Well done UA-cam algo. That was fun and inspiring.
i really appreciate the ART Attack for grown ups style of your channel mate. all the little stop motion arty bts with sound effects twinges the old nostalgia nicely.
'Honestly, I'm smiling'. Having a hard time imagining you smiling right now. :D
that robot monster design looks awesome.
This one is worth making the 100k mark. I hope you make the leap with this one. You earned it, mate.
thanks mate
I imagine it still making the same cute little noises that it made as a robo-pet. This hulking great scary creep that makes sweet little "weeeip?" noises would just be brilliant!
I agree!
Amazing build. Also, I love hearing the lore about the junk bots and the A.I.
I've been going through some tough times right now and my way to cope is to craft. You were the one who inspire me to craft so I just have to say thank you for your consistent videos and strangeness. Great build by the way.
On Sundays , l watch my sons 2 friends , ( thier moms both work Sundays) , so we have a gaming project after lunch and do some gaming after dinner , this looks like a great project to keep them busy. Thank you.
I love watching Bill lay pipe 🤣 so much skill!
The set, the lighting, your editing. I love how you spell out the title in the into. Everything is so stylized. Even the sound effects. It’s so cool to see you utilize your skill to create a creature for dnd.
I love the untitled creatures beard. Best part!
I love just going along for the ride of your videos. It's a wonderfully immersive world you've created and it's very much my aesthetic.
Most blessed channel on UA-cam
@21:59 And for the Italian foodies: this is a spaghetti and tagliatelle monster with a sun dried tomato and cream sauce. Yum!
Amazing build. The backstory for the creature is my favorite one by far, extreme creativity!
I'm so happy the Ten Hun collab brought me to your channel!
You know what would be cool? To print your sketchbook and sell copies online, if you are willing to share something like this with audience. I like to see sketchbooks, they are big source of inspiration. And your style of drawing is very interesting.
BRILLIANT AS USUAL. Love that you produce it from sketch to finished model. Great background story, too. Top notch. Thanks Bill.
These videos are excellent. The content, editing, humour, music are very well done.
I love the contrast of all the heavy shadows in this piece. Aesthetically, I think this is my favorite build so far.
Three minutes in I’ve realised that I definitely need to subscribe
Truly the mind of an artists, the video editing is art in itself let alone the sketches, creation, and concepts.
In my country, EVA foam is actually trash because EVA is used to make flower bouquets and ends up in the trash.
Another dapper build Bill! Nicely done as always
One more build that I love absolutely everything about.
Really enjoyed the lore again here!
I think my favourite detail actually are those claws! They look fantastic, so menacing!
A build full of great ideas and inspirations :3
Amazing, thank you for teaching us how to make some of materials.
That’s a pretty spectacular piece Bill. Even in the early stages of your builds and initial pencil sketches there’s so much character there, you’ve got such a great eye for form and flow.
LOVE the fact that the name Crustard stuck around!
Awesome build as always 😁
The Creep turned out great. Love the skull face with the single robotic optic. Really sells the biomechanical aspect of the thing and the jumble of wires hanging out of the upper jaw look like tentacles.
Love this build. Great backstory.
Fantastic build, lore, editing; inspiring as ever, thanks for sharing!
I actually AM here for the drawing, I love watching people sketch and you've got a great style! The build is really cool, too :)
Another banger Bill, hope the UA-cam gods give you the reach you deserve this year!
great metal look! more things need to be made out of junk around the house
I suggest we name it Greg. Poor Greg deserves to have friends again.
I swear Bill has a ork player hiding in him
The sketching is one of my favorite parts of your videos!
15:57 bro got the LEGO long pin with friction and bushing 😳and also the LEGO technic long pin without friction 😳
Very neat! I really did enjoy watching the sketching part. Makes me want to sketch a bit myself. The rest of the build and the story were top notch as always! Great work!
I think some wire hanging out of the other eye socket would have been cool.
The sculpture stand contains a beautiful painting - an interesting move ;) Bill, your stuff is the best in my world.
incredible imagination and a lot of editing work. I find it admirable
So, bit of advice on how to deal with the witch fingers issue: Sandpaper your fingers. Not kidding. Dried CA glue is hard, so the sandpaper works well on it. Skin is soft, so the sandpaper can't really scratch it much. It looks *better* afterwards, at any rate. A solution for *good* would take someone a whole lot wiser than me.
Rough sandpaper works better, but whatever you use, the trade-off is that your nails will look a different sort of terrible. At least your fingers don't feel all weird.
Love the figure, I think it could benefit from a lighted grain of wheat bulb for an eye. thanks for sharing.
started making my own stuff slowly and in the process i'm revisiting your old videos for ideas and techniques ;) i'm in love with your channel and your creativity! keep up the great work
Congrats on 100k subs Bill! Great job, keep making stuff.
Okay I just want to say something and it’s kinda personal but I’ve been watching for a week and I’ve learned so much neither of my partners really gave me the chance to do creative things out of junk and random things as they would just throw things aways without even considering that I was making my own stuff it cause me a basically a self block cause I was afraid of it being trashed as soon as I start but now that I’m older I’m getting back into it and I’m having a blast I just want to say thank you for being a inspiration and personally to me a teacher and a hero. I came across your channel just when I was about to give up the hobby. I’ve now made two creatures out of trash bits and I’m so happy with them. Thank you ❤
you're welcome
I absolutely love the drawing! And especially the sculpture!
My dad showed me your channel and said "look its you but old and british"
Love my dad haha. Also I would 100% have that cat thing, but I think I have enough cats already 👍
This build is verging on the Lovecraftian! ....Apologies for yet another comment from me, but I'm binge watching your channel...!
You are a genius Bill. Love your detailing. A true artist.
Your channel has become one of my very favorites!! You are witty and very creative and you make me smile, sometimes chuckle and your ‘critters’ are sooo fun, I love them!! Thank you for sharing all of this with us! I have started to look at every plastic lid, scoop or ‘bit’ and wonder if I should collect it and send it to you or maybe I should just sit down and glue it all together hhhhmmmmm?? lol can’t wait to see what you do next. Oh! I enjoy your storylines too! It gives them all purpose, I like that.
I loved this build and the effort to edit and shoot it in such a spectacular manner. Thanks for the entertaining content man. Your videos are always a treat
That's nightmare fuel. Great build!
Great Video again, Bill. Thanks for the crustard recipe
Amazing work!! I love each one of your videos!! I love the artwork and the commentary
I am so excited for you reaching your 100k mark!! You absolutely deserve it!! I love your channel!! Sarcasm is my native tongue, and I am always happy when I find someone else that speaks it as well as you do!!
excellent creature. i gotta build one like it. love your technique and your persona. i will now have to binge watch you. thanks.....
WB Bill ,hope ya had a good break.Great build as always.
Good stuff Bill! Loved the end result.
i just found your channel the other day and binged everything. glad you still upload and alive etc etc
great build, thanks for the video
yay, cant wait to watch it tonight!
what a lovely corrosion golem!
Getting some serious 9 vibes from this...
Love it
You're one of the greatest people ever. Such an awesome monster! Your imagination is so cool.
I'd never heard of this channel, the narration and sound design is extremely calming to me for some reason though. Reminds me of my childhood somehow. Thanks, Bill!
Bill, you done did it again, son.
It almost looks like it together a body for itself from the old man’s rusty scrap parts
Veryyyyy cool ! Such a good idea when you’re have a artist block
