Unveiling the Team Corally Asuga Build and Install

- Hey everyone! ChriswithaC RC here, and I'm excited to share the build of my Team Corally Asuga 6s XLR Rolling Chassis with you. This weekend, I relaxed with a tasty beer and got to work installing some awesome electrics into my brand new Asuga. Despite a recent hand operation, I was determined to bring you along for this epic journey.
This oversized 1/8 scale buggy is truly beyond all proportions. I wanted an incredible ground basher, so I sold one of my least-used trucks and invested in this beast. For the electrics, I chose the mighty Hobbywing Max 8 G2 160 amp ESC and Hobbywing 4278 2250 sensored motor. My servo of choice is the tried and tested DS3235 Pro Servo, which, despite its affordable price, outperforms many high-end servos. Since I'll be using my Flysky GT5 handset, I paired it with the Flysky FS - A3 receiver for fast response times.
I took my time with the installation to ensure the wiring looked as OEM as possible, chasing the wiring through the buggy to achieve a clean, epic look. I hope you enjoy watching this transformation as much as I enjoyed building it.

We still love the Asuga and is one of the best buggy there is. The only week points are the Cv joints and the front tower😉

Yeah i forgot you had one of these ! , Thanks for the heads up on the CV joints and yeah i kinda expected that the towers might be a weak point to be honest . Im thinking of ordering the ADU 7075 towers for it .

Nice build my friend cant wait to see it run. I still have my eye on it until then I just got back from running the 6S Kraton and testing the wheelie bar its so much fun that car flies with ease lol

Great video as usual! I would be inclined to at least check the centre Diff. It seems they have a habit of losing oil in transit. Not so much the front or rear though...
Hey buddy , Thanks so much i definitely the diffs before running . As you say transportation does seem to loose diff fluids . its the pressure from the air .
i have a feeling that the front and rear are because there enclosed .

Be curious what you think the driving experience is like compared to the Kraton EXB $600 difference in price in my part of the world
Hey there buddy , wow that is a price difference for sure , as soon as I get chance to get out and run it I’ll make sure I report back to let you guys know.
I can’t see me getting rid of either , the EXB will be for heavy bashing and this for ripping it up on the ground that’s what I’m thinking anyways .
