Work Has Been Going on All Week Setting Up for Nic Fest…But This Morning Was Show Time

Artists from Boulder to Cheyenne scurried to wheel, tote and lug in some cases hundreds of pounds of equipment, partitions and artwork. And while it may seem like clockwork to them it is slightly magical how a whole festival unfolds into its own city right before our eyes
