I'm much more afraid of someone with about an even record with thousands of games vs someone with a record like that, the more times they've gotten their ass kicked, the better they are.
Exactly, all these little snowflakes can't stand getting flexed on so they turn to cheesy tactics for wins. Real practice comes from playing against someone better than you that actually plays by the mechanics.

This video is just proof that someone's record doesn't mean anything. Plenty of things happen to cause someone to lose or they could be trying out a new character. So if you see someone with an insanely high record don't get scared & if you see someone with a ton of loses don't think it'll be an instawin. :)

I enjoy your content bro, I just recently got MKX. Trying my hand at Mortal Kombat since the last MK game I played was MK 4 on the N64.
Mk4 on the n64 was my whole childhood. Loved that game. Mkx is excellent. You’re gonna love it!
mkx is kind of unbalanced in my opinion, this is just me but I am taking a break from traditional fighting games and playing platform fighers. Mixups in tekken are soo oppressive
@@leper763 I have one thing to say to you. Maybe you’re just not as good as you think you are. Not hating but I think mkx is pretty well balanced. It’s all timing and knowing your opponents frames as well as your own
@@jake_fsf7014 I win more then I lose but playing someone like bo'rai'cho against liu kang is such a bad feeling, yeah Instant air fireballs are not too easy but controlling the neutral like that is not something any character should have. I have no problems when playing someone who can deal with all this bs like quan chi though
@@leper763 I’m a scorpion main and second goro. Scorpion is one of those insanely fast characters I know what tou mean. Flame fist Lou Lang can drain your entire health bar in one combo. Goro is slow and clunky so it adds a new challenge for me. Have you tried playing as kenshi? He has great range of moves and can be played fast with practice.

I’ve played against ppl with like 22k wins and 2k losses and they’ve been trash. At the same time I’ve played against ppl with 400 wins and 600 losses and they’ve been way better then the former

On mkx I had a buddy whod only vs people with very low games . And he would run alien which was his main and he would destroy them . And brag about it . But when he would play our friend group he used a different account with a lot more losses than wins

I not gonna lie. After having the game about two months I tried online. Played a dude I'm pretty sure 15 to 20 times. I won like 4 games I think. Lost to a couple more. Hoped back on it a few weeks ago because at the time everyone was scorpion. Won 8 straight and thought to myself, maybe getting my ass kicked so many times by one person uped my game. Then again over time I've watched online videos of constant mistakes players make and how predictable people can be.

on pc they close the game and always has 0 losses , also they block you and change names every day. dont know why they do that but is a lot , 15000-6 es the most from a teleporting divekick d2 kung lao i saw once , i beat him but he alt+f4 so my win doesnt count.

Fun fact: I switched from xbox to ps4 and I got so use to the sweats on xbox (because xbox players on MK X can be goated/cheap when they wanna be, but mostly genuinely good at the game) that when I hopped into ranked on ps4 after getting use to what character I could play I went on like a 30+ win streak.. someone said I was smurfing but there's just not many good players in ranked on ps4 lol and it's hard to find good games in general so it's like you're accidentally farming new players or just shitting on the casual sweat until you come across a pro player or something.

To my understanding, a vortex combo ends in a reset where you have the opportunity to restart the combo off a 50/50 that again leads into the reset and opportunity to restart it.
