The guy is high profile and since long many moderators wanted him banned for let's say " political reasons", if he was cheating,he would've been banned for it on the spot . I think the connection issue might be intentional ( doesn't want his name on the leaderboard) But you can check his other videos this guy IS an Asphalt9 Legend.
