I forwarded the channel to a coworker recently, who like myself is interested in the trucking industry, and told him how informational this channel is so keep that good info coming!!! 👍🏻😀
Thank u sooo much
I really appreciate it
I’m glad u r finding this channel informational
Always i see.
ET always has great videos, why can’t other Truckin companies have videos? I’ll tell you why, they don’t care about you, obviously ET Transport cares about your future and career. Congratulations to you Ronen
The internet is a powerful tool.
Lots of repo companies.
Lots of private sellers just looking to get out.
Dealerships tend to overprice everything.
Don't rush, take your time and shop around.
Financing if needed is easy on a private sale
Man the finance game is crazy. I'm looking at a $54,000 prostar with cummins engine, 435,000 miles , after financing and warranty it's $100,000. Interest rate around 25%
A bunch of great info that most of us wouldn't have because we don't have access or time to research and crunch the data like Ronan can. Your willingness to share and help the little guys out here is invaluable, thanks Ronan, keep it up!
To me I think is better to buy owner to owner
Def deletes and other bs are problems with private. Even some used companies (Arrow) will sell broken crap
Some dealerships do the same on used equipment. I bought a used truck from a reputable Texas dealership. Once off the lot issues after after issues until 45 day later broke down in Florida. Found out it was there parked for a year.
GREAT content, as usual, Ronen! We appreciate it a lot!
Thank you for sharing your insight and Facts!
If private buying works, why are you buying trucks for your company from a dealership? A private owner can sell you a rose with a thorn in it.
The next video will be a bombshell, can't wait to see it
Very well explained. I think its personal preference whether we buy from dealership or Privately.
What's the best way to buy from a private owner if you don't have the cash. Do you go through a bank or is there another way people go through that's better???
Priceless information. Another great video .
I always recommend read the reviews
Love your content. It seems like you really care about your drivers and the industry. If my carrier ever gives me a reason to leave I hope you will be willing to take me one.
Thanks for all you do
Thank you for this information
Great Info Well spoken 👍
Awesome channel man
For me the dealer is convenient if I’m trading my current truck. I don’t like having to worry about my schedule working with some one else’s schedule, especially being a trucker and not home every day.
Great video
Great info
This is great info if i decide to make a job change. thinking very hard about it just age issue.
Well said Sir. Ronen 👏🏼👏🏼 Sir. Why no ads in the middle of your video's more revenue right there for the channel just an idea 💡 you can add to the channel. 10 sec. Or 20 seconds in the middle of the video no bigger ads.
Fast forward to today, you're lucky if you can find something to pull out of the weeds in Georgia. Dealer lots are empty or the prices are sky high and they will laugh at you when you try to negotiate.
That was another great informative video. Thanks for that. Wanted to know what are best resources to find a used truck sellers. Thanks
Facebook marketplace is good
I purchased Ford f-450 with 6.7 powerstroke pickup from dealership with 100k miles. Engine knocked on 108k miles.
Thats f....
My first truck I bought at a dealership, 09 Chevy Silverado, was an absolute turd, 7 shop stops in 10 months, died twice, spend every weekend looking over it and fixing it
How about saving and paying for a truck in cash? That's my current three to five year plan, but some owner ops say I'm losing money by not doing it right now and taking on debt with a huge truck loan. They say the earning potential is worth it.
Thanks Ronan. Do you have a program for investors or truck owners to join your fleet and you manage same? Sent you a message on your company customer service section. Thanks for the great work youbarw doing 👍
Is there any website or dealer you would recommend to buy a used unit ? Thx !!!
Ronen, What about the option of lease purchasing?
does the financial institution that gave you the loan penalize you because you pay of the loan early?
Dealerships don’t like when you negotiate, pay cash and say no additional warranty only with the factory warranty
Have anyone use this finance he is promoting? I want to try it
To me by privately if I buy from the dealership have to be brand new
What is a good source for blue book values on these trucks?
Commenting just to see a potential answer. Only thing I've ever seen is paid, and I didn't pay so I didnt see how they work
I think Truck Paper is a good way to get a ballpark number. I don't think there will ever be exact numbers like cars, since not every truck is an over the road truck. What if it was a truck used in the oilfields or in road construction. I think they'd have less miles but more wear on suspension parts and stuff.
Hi I have 1.5 years of driving experience long haul and local and I want start my owner operator and I want to work with your company as lease owner operator if possible
If I'm going to buy a semi truck I'll buy it out right so there is no finance that needs to be done.
🤠 sexy looking truck
Baaahahaha melons
Good video:)
