Welcome to Southwater and its community

Almost all of the At Home team have either lived or currently live in the village. For young families it offers outstanding primary schools, great facilities and outdoor space, for couples starting out, there are a variety of new homes now available and easy access to Horsham and beyond. For those maybe looking to retire here, there is a wide choice of homes, village centre with shops, doctors surgery and library as well as a frequent bus into Horsham. We love getting involved in the local community and we say hello to some of the key people that help make it such a great place to live.
