You can't just build whatever you want, wherever you want. Obviously
I live in a neighboring town next to Los Angeles. There was a vote 2 years ago for a homeless shelter that got rejected. It was going to be a bunch of tents and storage containers with a large fence built around it and in the middle of an uninhabitable desert. The man isn't lying or exaggerating about the concentration camps.

Intelligent
Bro took "If you're homeless just build a house" seriously
He most likely has tools for work that can not be placed in houses that are available by the government or people who are tenants. Which makes sense he needs his own home that needs the ability it provides him. I know this because physical jobs require dangerous tools which my grandpa owned since he was self employed too and thankfully he had his own home but if he had not he would do the same as the guy.
what tools could you possibly need that can be placed in a tiny shack on hollywood boulevard but not a normal house?
@@Kodaiva there's no way that he'd be allowed to use a welder in an apartment block
@@Kodaiva Lively awnsered the tool part and other issues are noise compliants from testing motor bikes, one of the components of a motor bike can explode. Homeless man creates his own home .
Cops - "you cant do that"
She doesn't know how a generator works 😂
California spends billions of dollars on our homeless population for almost no results. That's because our government programs and policies are ineffective.
For instance- did you know LA and North Korea face the same problem when it comes to handing out food to people in need?
Let me explain.
In both LA (and the rest of California) and North Korea- people are payed and hired to hand out tax funded (donations by foriegn countries [mostly The United States] in North Korea's case) meals every day.
Can you guess what most of them do?
They don't hand them out.
Most of the meals that tax payers have funded for homeless people and have funded workers to pass them out- ARE BEING THROWN AWAY IN THE GARBAGE.
Look it up. It's been caught on actual news broadcasts and by journalists.
In North Korea instead of throwing it away though obviously- they keep the food for themselves or they sell it.
The program fundamentally doesn't work.
Workers get paid regardless of how they do their job. There is no accountability.
What we need is more spending efficiency, NOT MORE MONEY TO SPEND.
That's my biggest problem I have with modern leftists today, they think problems are always solved by throwing more money at the problem.
We should be investing in dine-in soup kitchens, gaining the trust of the homeless population, and stop making it profitable and preferable to be homeless.
Many homeless people in California blatantly say that getting a minimum wage job and working over 40 hours a week would be less money than they'd make pan handling.
80% of San Francisco's homeless population arent from the state of California, because as long as you have a nice corner to pan handle you can make more than minimum wage.
That's why homeless people fight over corners, its literally for survival.
If we want to fix our homeless problem, we need to stop making it better to be homeless than work minimum wage in California, and we need to stop these useless programs and re-invest the money into soup kitchens, and making cheap affordable housing OUTSIDE OF EXPENSIVE CITIES LIKE LA AND SAN FRANCISCO because they will NEVER be affordable for those in poverty.
Honestly it would do good to send people to Arizona after we house them for several months in California and get them on the right path of integrating back into society for a more permanent residence.
We could give money to Arizona for their housing and it would be much more effective overall.
Arizona rent prices are much better, OVER 50% less across the entirety of the state combined vs California.
Which means a house here in California for rent for $1,500 would be less than $750 in Arizona.
But these horrible multi-billion dollar programs that California keeps making are just wasting money on 0 results.
Ive lived under the poverty line my entire life due to physical disabilities and my family and mother were homeless for a long time, and as someone who understands how awful homeless shelters are from experience- the most useful thing you can do is provide food via soup kitchens (not prepackaged programs) and cheap housing outside of big cities in cheap areas.

he's a guy trying to live in a society with rapidly increasing cost of living.
I don't see the problem.
Forsen just built a 4house
He's fine and not bothering anybody and he clearly is very skilled and knows what he's doing, but if more start doing this it becomes an issue. Left unchecked this can lead to shanty towns
If the homeless are staying homeless and their population is getting bigger then shanty towns are inevitable. Why don't we focus on making our society liveable for the poor instead of criminalising making your life a bit better with your own two hands.
@@shinjite06 they would probs rather throw em in prison so the private owned prisons can milk some money out them through labour.
