The Christmas one is so relatable. Not sure if its because I've grown up, or we live in a modern society, but I would rather get money as gifts so I can buy myself the things I needed/wanted. I miss getting gifts that is not related to any of my personal needs or wants. I'm still grateful for any gifts though don't get me wrong.

There’s a difference between feeling lonely and being alone. I like being alone, I have friends yeah but I love being by myself more than being with my friends. I just consider them a way to pass time outside of the house basically. If you feel lonely you need to get friends somehow, however don’t forget that with Covid everyone became a bit of a shut in so we all like to be alone since we’re used to it

Genuine question for those who used to be one of us who thought we’d never find a girlfriend/ life partner, like that last clip, what changed? I’m genuinely curious. Been single for all 23 years of my life and I can’t escape that doomed feeling.
I was like that for a long time until I met someone who I cared about and we got closer, and closer until we eventually became a couple. I think everybody will meet someone, life is full of surprises. It's not like you can go a full lifetime without leaving your house, even if you are a shut-in (like me). I heard a quote from something, I don't remember what it was, but it was "stop chasing women, chase success and then maybe women will chase you" and while I think it's pretty incel, I feel like there's truth to it. Instead of focusing on women, focus on you and your life, and maybe throughout that journey you'll meet someone, and everything'll just click into place. It can happen to anyone, so don't lose hope. It's so easy to, but you won't be alone forever.
Think about all the assholes or racists and stuff who got wives somehow, if they could do it, so can you. Get out there brother man, everything is hard, but anything is possible
Honestly man, what happened to me was I was super low in confidence and had a shy and introverted personality, and I was suuuper skinny, like xqc skinny. So I started working out and eating more and healthy, and I got some weight and some muscle, nothing crazy, went out and spent some time in the sun and got rid of the gamer tan, and I found that my real personality came out, I now find I can talk to anyone, and I've got a girlfriend of nearly a year who I picked up irl. Honestly, for me, it was being comfortable in my physical body, that made way for my mental body to shine. Hang in there king, give it a try, if I made it, you can make it ♥️

Ima be real with you, 99% chance you have met people who would want to date you but because you are in your head thinking you'll never be in a relationship you never noticed their signs or pushed them away unintentionally.
This is what happened to me, teen years I thought no one liked me.. I managed to break this mindset around College and was more accepting of who I was as a person and in turn opened up a lot, about a year after that someone I knew for like 10 years opened up to me and said they had feelings towards me.
We have been living together for 3 years now.
