The media and the NBA community had so much invested in "Celtics always choke, Celtics just cannot get it done". So when Boston won, in dominating fashion, there was nothing, NOTHING to say. But the million people who attended the parade in Boston last week had plenty to say.
Happy to see my Celtics hang Banner 18. Boston was so dominant this season that a large number of fans knew Dallas had no chance of winning the series after Boston went up 2-0. A majority of the people that were going for Dallas were fringe/casual fans and Celtics haters. If you looked at the roster for both teams, it was obvious Boston had the better team. Dallas other three starters are bench guys for any other team not named the Wizards and Hornets. Boston will repeat next season and people will still hate.
I’m not really a Celtics fan , although Jaylen brown is one of my favorite players , but it’s definitely a lot of Celtic haters out there for sure . You also got the Lakers fan base who was pulling for Dallas
@@realleeltv8789 I have never seen anybody wear Mavs apparel outside of the DFW. I live in the 702, and I have never ever seen anybody wear a Mavs shirt; going back to the days of Roy Tarpley, Derek Harper and Sam Perkins.

Cs would've beat denver in 6 had denver made it past Minnesota , dallas wouldn't have made it out of the west : but yea they're not too excited because the finals was ass , not because of boston but because of WHO Boston faced to win , Dallas should've never been in the finals in the first place .
Yea I think Dallas would’ve lost to Denver. It’s honestly all about matchups tbh and things opened up for Dallas . As far as the Celtics I had them coming out of the East since the offseason but things were easier than expected for them, not to take anything away from their run . Health has always been apart of the championship runs

The Knicks fan base was pulling for Dallas . The lakers and Knicks make up two of the biggest markets in the nba
