Bawks editor here, I wanted to say, thank you so much for all these lovely comments about the edits, at first it was a little scary because they are so many people here that are use to raw and long videos and I didn't want to make the community feel that this was gonna change forever, I wanted to make videos a little more dynamic and enjoyable for old and new viewers, 90% of the comments are really cool about it so I will keep it coming.

I own a musket for home defense, since that's what the founding fathers intended. Four ruffians break into my house. "What the devil?" As I grab my powdered wig and Kentucky rifle. Blow a golf ball sized hole through the first man, he's dead on the spot. Draw my pistol on the second man, miss him entirely because it's smoothbore and nails the neighbors dog. I have to resort to the cannon mounted at the top of the stairs loaded with grape shot, "Tally ho lads" the grape shot shreds two men in the blast, the sound and extra shrapnel set off car alarms. Fix bayonet and charge the last terrified rapscallion. He Bleeds out waiting on the police to arrive since triangular bayonet wounds are impossible to stitch up. Just as the founding fathers intended.

Then he just whips out the launcher and decimates them ALL. It’s like the RE4 equivalent of the gun vs sword scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Lol, I'm glad you confirmed what I thought when you killed 1 with a lvl 1 pistol. That's dope it takes the value of the crow's health and replaces it with theirs.

Well now that the remake is out, I can confirm that Bawk called it. Ashley does indeed save Leon.

One of the things that always bugged the shit outta me about re4 was how even when you got a different handgun, it always showed him using the standard one in the cutscenes long after a sold that pos😂
Pretty sure they are pre-rendered videos.
But a lot of games do the same shit with ingame cutscenes.
Actually only game I can think of that doesn't do it is max payne 3.
@@Grasmann Except the PC version isn't pre-rendered (except for opening). So Leon does have the magical ability to bring back his pos starter handgun lol
The only pre-rendered cutscenes are the Separate Ways cutscenes, the PS2 version of the main game, and the opening.
@@drsjx7495 I was almost disappointed with how lazy the PC port is, thankfully I always have a controller handy for most games. The RE4HD pack has possible conflicts with other mods so I haven't installed anything except ReShade and the randmozer yet.

Almost 20 years since this game released and I'll be driving in my car and remember Leon's "Uh-OOOooo." Makes me laugh everytime, I love this game so much. Must've finished it a good 40 times and got the handcannon 5 times. I really need to try it on PC so I can finally try something fresh like this mod.

even tho we all new that R4 remake was in the making, to consider all of the mentions in this video 1 month before the trailer, it is very interesting
Yknow, it's probable that the reason the Village Square crashes first run is because too much memory has to be allocated at once. Because processes stay in memory even after the program is closed (until it gets overwritten by another process), it may be using that previously allocated memory to properly load the level.

Am I the only one, when in the castle with the fire breathing statues, did not know you could shoot the chains?! I've suffered many deaths because of those!
