Brilliant evening scenes, Mr S. One you best ever posts I think. I spent the day at Eardington, where my mate volunteers. Really nice staff there, and great tea and cakes. Excellent for train watching. Back at home now, sadly, 100 miles from the SVR. Take care, and thanks for your work.
Thankyou very much! I hope I can keep you updated on SVR related goings on…. I’ve still never set foot on Eardington Halt - only been in the past year or so that trains have begun to stop there again. I think it will have to be a filming location next year….
Good morning my friend, I have just discovered your photo. It is a real pleasure to look at. It couldn't be better. The very beautiful locomotives and trains fascinate me. I think the many different photo points are great. The view of the railway and the beautiful landscape inspires me. You have done an excellent job again. Absolutely brilliant. Best wishes, Wolfgang👍👍👍😊
I hope it worked…. I wasn’t sure whether the videos in the darkness would be good. But I hope they are atmospheric, even though the detail of the trains isn’t ideal…
Bewdley Station at the dusk looks even more beautiful and atmospheric than during daylight! 🌇🚂🚃 I hope that you had also enough time to visit the town, that is another hidden gem and not too much crowdy like the villages in the Cotswolds. 🏡🌳🪷
I love it there as the light fades. Really enjoyed my hour or so there yesterday. Yes, Bewdley is indeed a lovely town - although it’s a pain in the backside at the moment with the bridge only being open one way. Once you drive across, it’s a ten mile detour to get back again!! It’s a most agreeable place to spend a summer evening though 🙂
Very atmospheric. Beautiful station ❤
It really is. So nice to be there as the evening falls 🙂

@@StokesTrains You are absolutely brilliant👍
Gooden morgen⭐🌟👍🚂🤗☕🇿🇦🇬🇧
Bonjour, bom dia!
Love this station almost like @Tauraco00 Railways❤❤❤❤
Yes! I don’t think you could find a better example of a typical Great Western junction station. Would’ve been a busy little hub back in the day!
@@StokesTrains for sure
Seeing such a beautiful place makes one yearn for days gone by….
I know exactly what you mean! Though I guess back then it wouldn’t have been kept in such an immaculate state…. Probably all flaky paint and soot…..
Simply beautiful.
Thank you! Cheers!
