So I ordered the pattern from you. Now I’m watching all the videos which are so full of tips and tricks. Oh I can hardly wait to make this project. Sifting through my fabrics to find what I have to start with.
Can you tell me why you use the steam a seam 2 versus the Lite steam a seam2. I have used the LITE for years and avoid the regular steam a seam because it is so heavy. Is their a specific reason you use one over the other.
The lite does not stay down. When I go to quilt my quilt, the lite lifts up while I try to quilt and makes a mess. these are wall quilts, so the stiff dons do not bother me. They lay very flat on the walls.

Thank you Melinda. That makes sence😊. I have not made a lot of wall quilts, but several baby appliqué quilts, and the light steam a seam can lift.
So when joining the sheets of parchment together, why not sew them?
