    Happy to know this is good for diabetes. I rarely used it in salad because I didn't know whether I can have daily since I am diabetic.

    Thank you for all the wonderful videos! I have a request based on my experience with COVID. In the last year and a half, I have been infected with Covid thrice. And one of the symptoms of long Covid that I am experiencing is tachycardia. It's quite disturbing at times. The doctors have told me that the condition of the heart is good and maybe a psychiatrist could help. Apparently many people are having to deal with this condition post covid.     I remember the time when my friend was studying at university. She was munching on carrots through the morning for weeks until I said one day... 'your face looks a bit orange'. Her whole body as well..... we laughed about it but it really was shocking😄
