I don't think there were any in my country either, the United States. Also, I was born in 1997. I did however go to Canada with my grandparents in 2016 and we went to this awesome cinema that has a food court. In addition to popcorn and soda, I got a cheeseburger and fries.

The first thing I expect when I see a Warner Bros logo is the fanfare. It’s bizarre that As Time Goes By isn’t in here at all. Then again, this is from the early-mid nineties before the fanfare debuted which could explain things.

No. Warner Village Cinemas was based in Europe, especially the United Kingdom, Germany, and Italy. That first flag was the British flag, but you're right in a sort of stance; the Australian flag does have the UK flag.
I hope these things still exist today!
This was probably made in 1996 since the Bugs Bunny artwork used is from Space Jam but with the TuneSquad logo being replaced with the WB logo.
You can tell this was made at least partially to promote Space Jam.
