- I bought an old Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p SFF PC with Intel i5 4570, 4gb ram and 500gb hdd for $10
It was decided to make an SFF-format gaming computer out of it for the lowest possible budget.
To do this, I bought:
1. used Xeon E3-1241 v3 - 20$
2. used Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5 low profile за 75$ with strange (questionable) cooling
3. Used 16gb ddr3 ram - 15$
I already had an SSD and HDD. It turns out that the whole build cost me $ 120
There was a problem with the GPU, since the Lenovo motherboard does not know how to adjust the speed in any form, which is why the fans on the video card worked at 5000 rpm (at maximum) when connected to the motherboard and made quite a lot of noise. At first, I thought to use an 80mm fan to cool the video card, but as we can see, it could not cool the video card properly. Therefore, it was necessary to connect the power supply of native 50mm fans to the video card so that it would be possible to adjust their speed. Also, behind the scenes, I made the video card undervolt and adjusted the fan curve, after which the PC became quiet and a little louder under load)
After all the manipulations, I put everything in the case and did some game tests so that you can see how it behaves under load
The final PC build:
Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p SFF PC
CPU Xeon E3-1241 v3
RAM 16gb ddr3
GPU Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5
SSD 256gb + HDD 1tb
PSU 280w 80+ Bronze
The tools I use - amzn.to/3v9kf6Z
The thermal paste that I use - amzn.to/3TvU8Ar

Crazy that this got uploaded 4 hours ago and already in my recommended
You watch alot of cyberpunk content?
👍 Very cool video, solid build for 120 bucks. Crazy how cheap ddr3 ram has become, I've got a functioning 2x4 gb kit (laptop) for 9 bucks on amazon. I wouldn't claim that this pc can run cyberpunk though. After the 2.0 update, those 40 fps you are getting in the benchmark is about double what you will be experiencing in game. You are lucky to maintain 15 fps while driving with these current settings. If you have an rtx 30 series card, I recommend trying out the framerate targeting dlss. It helps my low end 30 series card run the game at a stable fps by rendering more crudely and with more aggressive dlss should the situation demand more performance. I'm a bit sour that the frame generation is only offered for the 40 series,. I'm sure the 30 series cards could still make use of it.
Cyberpunk has already arrived in 2024, components and PCs have become very cheap. I played cyberpunk on a similar build for about an hour; if you lower the settings, I think the FPS can be brought closer to 60, although in general there are no dips below 30 fps, which is quite playable.
The *only* thing I went a little eek about is the vacuum cleaner by the motherboard. Other than that, pretty solid!
Like these king of videos
good job bro:)
amazing vid
You did a great job.
I have a Lenovo m93p with gt1650 too but with an i5 4570. I intend to buy a Xeon e3-1281 v3 for it. Do you think it would work? I didn't find much information about this Xeon with this sharkbay 0b98401 pro.
Nice video, congrats.
It's better to use the processor I used in the video, it will definitely work
1980 tech music yo nice
You shold add text on the video and explain why you do what you do like when you modify the cables for the fans for instance
In the video description
I have the same PC, can i use a xeon 1270 v3 ?
I don't know, it's better to use the processor version from the video, 4 pc of this model started with it
this vga is still worth this time.. bro
why the temp increased after the mod?
The fan speed was maximum when connected to the motherboard; they made a lot of noise as they were spinning at 5000 rpm. I connected the fans to the video card, they became much less noisy and at the same time the parameters remained within normal limits. I wrote this in the description of the video.
@@Replapt ohh sorry I didn't notice.
how bucks for gpu ?
75$
6480 to 6471 after fan mod? Weird.
I made a mod to remove the noise, since the Lenovo motherboard cannot regulate the speed of the 3-pin fans, but spins them at 5000.
simply amazing ..well done ..liked and subbed ..im following your ass o.0
gonna let yall know a 1650 ti with a 10300h still runs this game like shit
try servicing your laptop, it may be overheating and not working at full power
Dont use a vacuum on the computer lol whatttt you going to built static electricity and fry your motherboard.
