The machine came with two small circular metal pieces and another metal long piece, but the user manual provided no information about their purpose or use!! Did you find them when you first purchased the grinder and what are they used for?!
I dunno. With the grinder bits out and it unplugged, can you tell if the motor is locked up? Probably need to buy another grinder. Just a guess, but I bet there are plastic gears below what we can see. And on Amazon, I see complaints of coffee having rocks, wood etc. from the coffee farms. More so I think in the lefty feel-good small-farm specialty coffee producers where it's literally old school manual production and much is "unwashed" (wood floats, rocks sink). PURE SPECULATION: but if they have plastic gears below the burr AND you ever had a rock or something, it may have stripped a gear. Likewise, it could be something electronic in the controller or key pad (button).
Yes, it is. I bought one for my espresso machine, and I got a 1 to 2 ratio in 28 seconds (not counting pre-infusion) on the 4th grind setting. And I used medium to light roasted beans if that matters. No regrets from me. HIGHLY recommend 👌
Hello. Great video! Do you recommend this machine, or do you have any regrets. Currently looking for a new coffee grinder so really appreciate your advice. Thanks!
Sorry, I missed this question. I don't think I always get my notifications - and it could be human error on my part too. I like mine. It's still working with no errors.

Amazon. And no I don't remember any loose pieces. I did get a brush though. It's still working well.
I have the same model and I get the E1 error and I can't get it to work. I've already tried the ways the manual says, any help?

Any luck on this as I have the same issue. Burrs dismantled and cleaned but still showing error code.
Hello, I want to ask if the grind is fine enough to get a slow extraction for a good espresso?
It will grind Turkish I believe.
