You grinded little to fine,your Breville espresso machine is dripping espresso shot not pouring it steadily,due to the compression of too fine coffee,also if you read it ,you can see espresso operating range is on very high side,and will limit the machine lifespan! Long story short,grind the coffee to espresso first level,right after mocha and you’ll get steady espresso shots and your machine will perform better and last quite longer! Otherwise very good video! Thank you so much for your advice ! I did some test for the grinding level and find out exactly what you suggested. I adjusted the grind level to the fist one right after mocha and I got the desired pressure of brewing expresso with Breville machine. I appreciate your comments !
