In the museum there is a riot shield ranger but in the missions there’s no riot shield ranger
I always thought that was weird becuase I noticed that as well.
Thought it was a Russian honestly

0:30. There's one helicopter high up in the sky that follows your location and is on a timer to always kill you if you take too long to reach cover (it's the same helicopter that blocks the entrance after you reach cover). If you try to run out of bounds, the helicopter will speed up and hit the ground near-instantly, killing you.
I think the pilot had a personal problems with Ramirez.

He must be pilot that Ramirez shot down twice in Burger Town.
I actually somehow managed to pass that moment...once u go inside the building look for the perfect moment and just run out of the building slight before the helicopter hits the ground
The helicopter scene in MW2 Remastered particularly upset me because I realized something incredibly hilarious. In the original the helicopters look like they spin out of control. But in the remastered, if you look up you can literally see the helicopters spawn in and just fall to the ground completely still.
some helicopters do still spin but if you look directly up when your near the entrance to the building some little birds will just fall without any movement
@@fwm8121 I was probably too busy giggling my ass off watching these helicopters suddenly pop into existance and float down like a feather only to violently blow up when they hit the ground to notice then
Well they lost power suddenly, so the pilots would not have time to turn the helicopter in any way.
@@Epsilon-18 I think you misunderstand, the helicopters do not even tilt in any direction. it's like in gmod when you drop something with the physgun. it just statically falls to the ground.
One thing I always wonder about is that Ranger who comes out of the building who doesn't know the proper counter sign. He just came out of a building full of dead rangers and a lot of enemies and didn't bother warning the other rangers. Could he be a English speaking Russian in disguise who over heard orders to go to whiskey hotel and is telling other to lure them to the building full of Russians
Thats exactly what i thought...he just came out of a building full of Russians. He could've dressed up as a ranger , taken the uniform and other stuff from a dead one , might have interrogated the real one before killing him and setting Foley and his men up.
Now i'm sure he didn't expect the Rangers to actually made it.
Theory is interesting however…. Keep in mind that there are multiple doors in that building it’s possible he didn’t know who was up there notice how silent it is because of rain and technology is gone
@@enclaveleader6245 True, he also could have assumed those rangers died in earlier fighting, and that the enemy moved on, or was careful enpugh to sneak by without seeing any contacts
Rangers had already been dead for a while though right?
3:12 the soldiers are talking about how they can release their stuck comrades there because of the electronic lock on the BTR

3:20 everytime i played this cod i was wondering what are they all doing on that BTR
There trying to get their comrades out it's sad because the others inside can hear the gun fire then nothing like when I was little I thought nothing of it but now scene I'm 21 it is a little sad because Shepherd and Makarov started this war and so many good people had died.
Why would they be stuck tho. All hatches on the BTR-80A can be easily opened from the inside without electricity

@@Raphix Also they have big side doors instead of "manhole" right beside the wheels like in the previous versions.

I remember something In this mission. You can have 3 guns when switching your weapons, you have to grab one of the Russian soldiers weapons in the last stand part after PVT. Sandler get you out from the helicopter chances of them getting close to your position (crashed helicopter) is extremely low, I was lucky to kill one Russian soldier trying to run away from after the emp blast and his gun flew and landed nearby my position (inside the crashed helicopter). I had 3 guns throughout the entire mission and I think it can still carry the 3 guns in the next mission (whiskey hotel)
Please someone learn how to replicate this?

With the red flare, yes is aways visible when you come out of the building

I was just going to say that. Loss of power on an armored vehicle doesn't lock the hatches shut. That would be a horrible design flaw
my theory is that after the emp strike they tried to call in the radio but when they heard nothing and movement outside they are contemplating whether to go check it out or just huddle up
Respect to Pvt. Vaughan, that guy would've done a lot of non-stop running that night while wearing all that gear, with nothing but his thoughts and a sense of purpose

It says on the screen that there are 3 soldiers stuck in the BTR, you have to listen carefully to hear it
Soldiers on the top are trying to get their mates out of the BTR cause the BTR is apparently locked. Basically saying "we can't just leave them here" before getting hosed by the Americans.
What do the russian soldiers say on the BTR , i need translations
