I have given up on doing the events. Unless you have lots of time to do everything and are willing to spend money and diamonds, it's getting harder to get a leveled grand prize building. The last one I managed to get was the St Patricks Event, and before that, the winter event. All of the others in recent memory I fell well short. I am losing interest in the game, too much to do, feels more like work than play. Too bad, it used to be a nice way to unwind, now it's a chore.
Events give me the best buildings in my city, and lots of other goodies along the way!
I agree @guichogf it’s seems it’s pay to play and it’s about money all the time, previous events before last one was fairly easy to get the grand prize but last event just gone was ridiculous many on my world are complaining about how hard it was and not even mentioning the Gold league prizes, I’m getting fed up and like you said it’s becoming a chore and my thinking is, bit like the gambling adverts when the fun stops,then stop, Just too much going on it is overwhelming events every 2 weeks is just taking the biscuit in my view with GbG ongoing and QI this game does benefit the higher/bigger players and people that pay loads for diamonds, the game is so disproportionate all the time players play on game amount of hours spent hard work for so little pittance I’m on the cusp of quitting game.
I'm getting tired of these games getting more and more complicated. I miss the simple mini games that you could do at any pace. Now, I have to watch these videos to learn and it's still difficult to get the event buildings without spending diamonds. They have gotten to be too much time and too much spending.
Nice to see they didn't one of the best events.
Hate the new events that are huge time sinks. (currently skipping current event)
In the Golden Dragon mode, can "double payout" stack up? If you click twice in a row on "double up", will you have 4x? (potentially 8x with the amplifier booster). That would be awesome !!

12:47 I think you're missing the main benefit of the two new 1x1 buildings. They are one of the first buildings that I've seen (other than Settlement main rewards) that provide combat boosts in QI. It's a niche use, but quite useful for people who are competing there.
But they are only 10 day active at the level where they give QI bonus.
@@realandrewhatfield Aw, I missed that detail, sorry. So we'll have to go for the Calendar and/or Gold League reward building for permanent QI boosts. Drat.
They also gives an incredible amont of fp for a 1x1.
@@gokuzawa268 The Golden Bell's 2fp is not as good as the level 2 Archdruid Trees (2.5-3.5fp/day). It's only the Dragon Gong which is awesome, even better than the 4fp from the Trailside Smithy. Pity that the Dragon Gong is very difficult to get though.
Hi Moo. Can I get 8x in the dragon board , using the spyglass? That reveals both the positions of 2x and 2x. So, these 2x and 2x , can stack with Bounty amplifier 2x so 2x2x2 = 8 x right ? in which order can this be done? thanks
forge plus was available last year too.. i won it and i still havent used that one. Now i hope i'll have two lol.
It's fun to use with blue galaxy to go up to 1000 fp.. Beside that, not very usefull.
Why is there not event page yet. seems like a wste of time if they are not going to publish. I only play if the FP and battle % are worth it and possible.
They should allow the selling of event rewards to the antique dealer, the events are giving way too many buildings that just stay at the inventory forever
You mean Uprade Kits etc., right? They can be sold. You first just have to uncheck the lock in your inventory. If the items are still locked, they can't be sold.
@@marlonstraeter I don't know if it is different from server to server, but at least in the PT server we can't uncheck the lock of either upgrade kits or buildings obtained from the events, it says explicitly "item cannot be destroyed and is excluded from the antique dealer selling list" (the exact translation may change a bit)
What I meant to say in my original comment is that those items that can't be sold should be
@@TheDiRod Weird. In french servers, only a very few can't be sold (limited time building, packs of units). That's the same in my 23 worlds.
@@TheDiRod there is a lock at the top of the inventory list to the right of the search box. Check that lock box and it allows you lock or unlock pretty much everything in your inventory.

I was waiting all year for this event and it's dissappinting... so many stats thrown left and right. Basically is the same event as last year with same but better rewards.... doesn't feel good to try a lot, when you know next year will just buff it again... 😢
how do you lvl up in league in events?
Generally? Get all the event currency you can get and play the event in the way that benefits the league most.
Beyond that ... $$$
So tell me why they don't post the Event Questlines anymore?
They never have, it was always a community effort on the unofficial fandom wiki.
They jumped the spring event this year? Interesting.... I guess they didn't want to put upgrades for the spring selection kits and just put them on the useless page.

@@miriammercelina4506 I have spring selection kits 2023 in my inventory so they definitly haven't last year.
I like the look of the new buildings as well. Stats are ok. The 10-day decay sucks imo. Makes the main building not really worth. Event mechanics seem pretty brainless, which is nice over the summer months. Easy rewards. 😊

There is a live update going on june 5. We can expect this event to start to week after. (This is my guess)

The buildings and the rewards , in fact the whole game just got too complicated for me.
Sadly events (at least top rewards) are for those who pay and no matter how much time u spend u will end up silver or bronze league ...Thinking to quit game altogether coz i dont like the mentality behind it
not worth the time for me, prizes not great. the QI boost is only thing interesting but its very little from alot of work. I f u dont do alot of QI i would skip this event.
You're literally just clicking a random square and uncovering its prize... I'm not sure if there's an easier event... Maybe Christmas
@@user-lv6ko5mc2m Easiest = the dumbest you mean, right? Can't remember more moronic mechanics for an event. But hey, even idiots with think wallets must have their fun, because they failed misarable in the last few events 😂.
