Marvellous voice, and excellent enunciation. And I liked the way he tackled the high note - choosing a lower one to equal effect. And only 4 years before he died of Leukaemia. Fantastic. RIP Mr Anderson.

Controversial take: as incredible as he was as Judas, he made a much more natural Jesus.
He may not have the high notes that some other actors playing this role hit, but this was marvelous!

He had such a powerful soul voice. The amount of anger he can conjure here, so different from Neely's sadness and desperation. What a great singer.
