thank you, Sienna! great video. I also didn't hear of music therapy until quite recently. I have never received it, other than from my own playing and studying music, but I was considering studying it for a masters degree, but found too many reasons not to. you're helping me to consider it again, maybe at a different school. there's so many ways it can help people

Cute nails Sienna! Also, I love the rocking bench - so cool, wish I had one. I haven’t tried music therapy but it really love Somatics and dance movement therapy. I’d definitely give music therapy a go based on your description, thanks for sharing ✌️💕🌻

Thank you! The rocking bench was at a park by the river. I love that park so much. And I also love music therapy! A whole lot! It’s also helped with my complex PTSD.

I have gone to music therapy groups for mental illness. It was pretty good. I am in a music group now but it is not run by a music therapist.

Hi Sienna, I just want to touch on a sensitive topic with you and I'm sure alottve people would raise an eyebrow about what im about to say. Im sure you know of Billie Elish? ...well as of late, her new thing is having Tourette's syndrome.(Her last latest thing was being bi sexual) But anyway, shes been pushing the whole Tourette's thing to the limit, all the sudden she has ticks or stimming in the middle of interviews but never in the past or during performances. I cant help but feel shes really milking it cause its popular to be different. it makes me really angry as i feel being a popstar isnt good enough so she she has to jump on the dissabled train. Theres a chance im wrong, but it really seems shes reaching...

I can’t say if she’s faking it or not. But I’ve been told I was faking blindness. And others have told others that they’re faking mental illness. Like PTSD, bipolar, depression and stuff like that. People think other people are faking mental illness, or they think other people are faking blindness. Maybe she’s masking?

To be honest, I don’t know her that well to say if she’s faking or not. That’s exactly what my husband and I think about Cardy B. Besides, I don’t listen to their music that much, because I don’t have any respect for the music that’s being put out today on the mainstream pop and rap. I know I sound like a jerk when I just said what I said, but it’s the truth. I don’t respect any of the mainstream music today. As for Billy Eilish, I don’t know if she’s faking or not. I know Cardy B acts weird, from what my husband says, she acts weird in her songs, and she’s hyper in interviews. I feel she could get a grip and learn to handle herself.

Honestly, she makes great music, Billie Eilish at least. I agree with you, the other artist are kind of, not that great.
