Idk… I honestly prefer the size; the modern/updated glass (thicker = better insulating, & tinted = better UV protection); the color, & the overall style/design of the new windows much more than the old ones! They were simply too small for the scale of this house, especially on the front facade (& main entryway)! The front wall becomes one huge focal point for the entire house if the main entry is located on that wall. Everyone can/will see that wall… “curb appeal” is *a thing* for a reason 😂 & the old windows were too small, too old, & way too closed off to truly compliment their beautiful, newly renovated house - they were like tiny jail cell windows, complete with bars & all! 😂 I think the new windows are a much better fit with, & compliment to, the overall aesthetic of the house & front courtyard. 🤷♀️ imo.
Love to buy this house without the installed or furnished furniture and would love to change the electric line to be internal instead of outside wall. I wonder how foreigner could buy a house in mainland China?
