To fix this, 1st: you must have enough space to download it, 2nd: if its still app not installed its because of the file where you download it on the website which it has problem, 3rd: delete the file and download the app from the other website. It worked for me since i download Minecraft in an1 then i go to monster mcpe. If it doesnt work im sorry. I cant help and this is my only method.
