We grew a bunch of sunflowers this year because my wife loves them, and we've noticed the grasshoppers all over them, but not really bothering any of our melons or beans.

I put Red Serano peppers by my Tomatoes and I think the bugs think that the tomatoes are also spicy. I found the when to pick them part of your video really helpful.🍅

Hmmmm,.... good point about the something brighter to attract them instead. I was just getting colorful plants to attract bees, but you right, it might deter pests naturally if they're color attracted. Makes sense. I'll plant some more pollinators

My wife actually noticed the bird activity one morning. I studied it for a couple of weeks and was blown away!

Glad to see you're doing well! I just started a hot pepper garden. Anaheim, poblano, jalapeño, Hungarian wax, Serrano, cayenne, and habanero. I already have a few bell pepper plants that have been growing for a few weeks🔥

I miss the West coast for this reason... Living in coastal North Carolina is a challenge for acidic soil :(

It’s been awhile, are you growing Hydroponic, Aquaponics or just dirt. I’m growing cherry tomatoes hydroponic Kratky. Using Masterblend tomato mix. The plants are growing like crazy but very few flowers leading to fruit. How to I change my nutrient mix? Thank You and Bless your garden & UA-cam mission. Dave in PA.
