11:55 I wish I'd known not to force friendships and not to ignore/brush off the way people spoke to me as "just how they are" I'm still in my 20s, but my earlier twenties are over and those two things made for a disastrous combination. Mine had to be 1) Slow down! You're not going to have success right away, healing right away, or the answers to every question, right away, so relax 2) Success is not Always the opposite of failure! Sometimes, success Comes from failing! Don't be afraid of it 3) Never compare. Your journey is not anyone else's, so things aren't going to come at the same difficulty or pace 4) Beggars Can be Choosers! You can be grateful for something And be specific. It brings much more resentment to accept something that isn't useful 5) Keep learning. When you're set in a limited way of thinking, you'll never get to a place of real understanding of self or this life's purpose. Ignorance isn't bliss; it's just ign'ance, Baby
I think you should do what fits and works best for you. Only you know what truly drives you and motivates you. Definitely make sure you have a plan in place but I say follow your heart ❤

I'm in ny 20's and gosh what is this life. I've been thinking about taking a semester off to do art and photography and just live in my true element.
