- At long last, it's finaally here! Not much of a video this time, though I made a render of my Magolor Soul to fill in the gap. This remix was a lot of fun to make, especially towards the end. I hope you enjoy it!

2:03 I like to think of this part of the song as Magolor promising never to be evil again and trying to save Kirby but then after this part Master Crown takes control of him again.

Inside the True Arena, 2nd phase Magolor Soul boss fight, when he's on low health, you can hear Magolor calling for Kirby to save him. I think it's possible for him to also promise to never become evil at that point, at least say it in his mind.

So not only did you make an astounding animation featuring Magolor’s transformation, but then you make a full rendition of the song used in it resulting in by far one of the most creative takes on CROWNED I’ve ever heard.

I've listened to dozens of covers of this theme, but the section at 2:50 really amazed me, I'm really happy that after years you keep making banger remixes on magolor
I have listened to many versions of C-R-O-W-N-E-D in my time. Versions from the games, electronic mixes, orchestra mixes, the lot; however, none can even come close to holding the level of creativity that you have endowed this masterpiece. From Vs. Nightmare to the OVERLORD portion to the 8-bit Green Greens and Kirby's Triumphant Return, you have stitched them all into a stunningly graceful melody; the first time I listened to the song, I could not catch all the letimotifs, so well were they weaved into the heavenly strings of the original song.
True, certain parts of the song may have benefited from adjusting the volume of the main melody, and the letimotifs do retract some sections of the original, but this take on C-R-O-W-N-E-D is still one of the best I have ever seen, both in terms of creativity and power. This is most certainly a re-arrangement, and whilst I personally would have wanted something closer to the original, I am in no position to complain. You have a bright future ahead of you, SoX, and I look forward to your future works.

This has been popping up for a while...I've never listened to a rearrangement of any kind in terms of Kirby. This is a wonderful first experience for me, I'm truly impressed!

This arrangement is SO creative! I love it when people get creative with harmonies and leitmotifs. Bravo!
My ONLY criticism is the instruments sound a touch off, but I assume that's due to a lack of resources more than anything. Can't fault anyone for not having the money to drop on nice VSTs.
You know what? Despite my criticisms, this is going in my VGM favorites playlist because it is just that creative. Lots of VGM fan arrangements are too afraid to get as original as this, and combined with your animation, your reharmonization of the intro with that FUCKING church organ just... it GETS to me, dude. Your remix is in my bones now. My criticism of "hey the instruments and reverb are a lil weird" was really just a stealth request for me to touch this up with MY nice VSTs someday myself because HOAGH

I really like the use of the original Green Greens, (and the motif that plays when Nova explodes to fit CROWNED more) like what Astral Birth Void did with its music.

this just doesn't get old! ended up being my 4th most listened to track this spring according to youtube music, my appreciation for this masterpiece really grew the more and more i repeated it, played this over magolor soul's new phase my second time around. 11/10 experience.

Of all the CRORNED remixes I've listened to this one is definitely up there with some of the greats. Definitely love the classic Green Greens bit.

Very clear Astral Birth Void inspiration coming from this specific orchestral remix. HAL's gonna have a real hard time leaving me more impressed in RtDL Deluxe compared to the astounding work you've put into this small fan project of yours.

I opened this video with the Prejudice it was going to be cheap, I was blasted at the start and amazed at how it continued.
I absolutely love this remix, I don't really expect much from orchestra remixes, but this one did WAY more than exceed my expectation, the intro, then the nightmare theme motif, and the GameBoy version of the green greens theme reference followed up with the GBA version, and then the sped up version of the intro of the remix, everything is absolutely amazing, I love it

I already suspected the first part of C-R-O-W-N-E-D's melody was like Nightmare's theme but "inverted" in some strange way. But now that old final boss theme fit like a glove here.
By the way, are you the same "SoX" who made that other remix? The one full of memes for the Unfair Magolor Soul mod.

Now that we know the post-game of the remake will be about Magolor escaping hell, I wonder if Magolor Soul will even be in the game. And I wonder what they're going to come up with to replace him if that's the case.

so they didnt replace magolor soul he is still the boss in the extra mode and the true arena, but in the extra mode they used a new boss which is the master crown possessing the gem apple that magolor assembled in hell, which created a massive tree which magolor later defeats

the original was beautiful but it sorta felt flat compared to Under My Control, imo your version sounds more whole
