Meta knight could have simply wished for more power, but no. In order to become stronger, he wanted to earn it. Challenging “the greatest warrior in the galaxy” might have been unwise, but I have to respect his drive.

Oh this looks SO clean. Everything from NOVA appearing with all its little design bits fitting into place to MK's eyes lighting up underneath his mask, this is incredibly well done. I especially loved the shot where MK was contrasted against Galacta, still sealed in the crystal. Very cinematic!

This makes me want a remake of the remake more than ever. The original game stills holds up great, but a remake with updated graphics and maybe a way harder True Arena, a la RTDL Deluxe, would be awesome.

I absolutely love this remix, I don't really expect much from orchestra remixes, but this one did WAY more than exceed my expectation, the intro, then the nightmare theme motif, and the GameBoy version of the green greens theme reference followed up with the GBA version, and then the sped up version of the intro of the remix, everything is absolutely amazing, I love it

I personally like the miniscule detail of the crown's silver growing and encasing the shell, before magolor even reacts as a way of saying "too slow and too weak". (is there a normal crowned version? the one where the crown is golden and it uses the normal mode colours)

I'd like to think that if someone made a true arena hard mode Or -"ţřųē ąŕęŋà Ę×"- Where every boss was buffed like in "revenge of dreamland" After you beat true magolor soul phase 2 this cutscene plays and then phase 3 💀 The name also changes to Ť Ŕ Ų Ə M Æ § Þ Ə Ř Č Ř Ø Ẅ Ņ and the name will be INTENSLY glitching and warping out of place and randomly switching to "M Ā Ĝ Ø Ł Ø Ř"

Stumbling upon this I was hit with a ton of nostalgia. Harking back to the day of playing multiplayer with my brother, we got to the end of Metanightmare Ultra and upon seeing Galacta Knight we collectively went “Who the heck is this guy?” Good job my dude for recreating such a memorable cutscene, the shininess, Nova meowing, and the redone score of the theme. It’s so perfect. Also I can’t be the only one who read Meta Knight’s lines in his Spanish accent from the anime.

Tl;Dr - Seeing that red iris got me thinking about Zero, Magolor, Void Termina and The Master Crown I just realized, the Master Crown basically turned Magolor into a reincarnation of Zero, from all the way back in Dreamland 3 This also ties into the musical motifs, the previous phase of the Magolor fight was a remix of Hyper Zone 1, also from Dreamland 3. The master crown amplifies dark thoughts and emotions, and Zero is the embodiment of them. Since the Master Crown does that, it makes sense for Void Termina to have Master Crowns as an attack, Void Termina basically has the ability to create new incarnations of Zero.
