My dogs are also carrot fans 😂 I’m not quite 50 but oh my I also loved Morton Harkett and I had the Pierrot duvet and wallpaper, I even found an ornament in a charity shop a couple of a years ago for 50p so I had to bring him home, it’s a lovely idea to be reminded of our childhood 😊 take care xx

Wanted to add more importantly. You have encouraged me to buy some wool and a crochet hook for the 1st time in over 30 years. I will have to watch u tube to get me started again so thank-you. Trouble is I've got arthritis in my hands so I'm not sure how it will go

Hey lovely I think we both need a bit of bunny therapy 😀 as I love them too and would happily fill my home with them🐰🐇🐰🐇. Your whitmoor jumper is beautiful, I share your pain on the knitting front , my wool arrived for mynext project and I’m only 3 rows in and i don’t like it 🙈but I’m going to persevere and hope I change my mind! Your project bags are beautiful and the lucky winner will be thrilled, I am certain… you really took me back to childhood and surprise surprise I also had a pierrot bedroom ,complete with wallpaper and its so spooky how similar we are 😀🤣. I was thinking the doll you mentioned might be strawberry shortcake as she was another one from childhood memory. Loved your chat as always , its such a joy to watch. Love the cowl and sweater, so pretty. I have a few cowls as I have a painful neck, they help especially in the cold weather. You are very accomplished with your crafts. Once again a gentle and calm video. Thanks for sharing thoughts and skills. Have a good weekend x

I like to listen to audio books whilst knitting and can recommend two very enjoyable novels that I listened to via Borrowbox which is a free library service. The titles are " The vanishing of Margaret Small" by Neil Alexander and "The Authenticity Project" by Claire Pooley. I thoroughly enjoyed both they had some interesting aspects of friendship too. Perhaps worth a look, I was sorry when I had finished both of them.

I recently read The Vintage Shop by Libby Page which you might like and so far all the books I've read by Kate Morton have been brilliant, real page turners. Homecoming is her newest, I think. I had it for Christmas. Your jumper looks very pretty. People usually choose simple jumpers as beginners but you've jumped straight in with more complicated patterns. Well done. X
