I often will spend 60 or 70 hours on a single video. I could have much more success on UA-cam if I just did Reddit Readings or Reuploading other people's tiktoks, but I don't because my videos are my art. I spend probably the last 10 hours just rewatching and rearranging clips or moving something by a single frame. What I often like to remind myself is that Van Gogh was thought of during his life as a mad man. People thought he was crazy. Only after he died did we begin to recognize his genius. He got more success and fame than he could have possibly imagined, but he never got to see it. That doesn't matter, though. Creating art is never about fame or money. It's about trying to communicate the way you see the world to others, and just because you aren't known right now doesn't mean you won't leave a legacy.
