- Hi everyone! So here's yet another way for you to use your seed beads. I hope you like the tutorial and give it a try!
Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
Pearls that I used can most likely be found by doing a Google search for 18mm, 20mm flat back pearls. The store I mentioned in this video has since closed.

Thank you so much for the close-ups. So many tot vids are from so far away that I can hardly see what's being done, much less the finished product. I love your bling!
I so appreciate that you show us so many examples using different colors and types of beads. This lets me know that I can use the seed beads already in my stash. Thanks so much!
Martie Rollin You're so welcome! I'm glad you enjoyed this video and found it helpful! Tfw!
Thanks Tara! That was great! I have some seed beads and have often looked at my Michaels flowers saying these are just seed beads. Now I am motivated to make my own with all the flat flowers I have laying around!
You're welcome! I hope you give it a try, why buy what you can easily make right?! Thanks for watching!
Wow beautiful flowers! Thanks for shareing!I especially like the blue!
Love these centers Tara! So glad I didn't get rid of all the seed beads I never thought I'd use! TFS! I will be trying this!
Another winner tutorial, Tara! I just had my seed beads out last night and was thinking that I needed to find a project to start using them up...very serendipitous that you posted this video.
Thanks Kim, I'm glad you liked it and perfect timing too, Lol! Thanks for watching!
Tara, this is so simple, yet elegant. Thanks for sharing.
Indeed they are! You're welcome and Tfw!
Your seed bead centers are stunning. On my way to the store to buy some beads. tfs. Jeanette
These are lush! Absolutely love them. They would look lovely as part of the wrapping on a gift, making it really special. 😊
+Harper Smythe Thank you so much and Tfw!
Tara, I love this video. Thanks for showing and that white muslin flower with the black center is pure elegance!!! Soooo pretty!!!!
~Laura
Thank you so much Laura! I liked that flower too. Next time I think I'll use a script stamp on the muslin before I assemble the flower, I think that may add to the elegance but we'll see. Thanks for watching!
These are so cute! Great for embellishments. My daughter makes hairbows. These would be great for some of her projects!
I ran across your tutorial by accident, but I loved it . I have never thought of making flowers like this but I thought wouldn't those be cute on hair clips also. thanks for the tutorial
You're welcome and thank you so much for stopping by! I think they would look great as hair clips!
Great idea, Tara! I've also used 6/0 seed beads, such as shiny gold ones. I just plop some clear glue in the middle of the flower and place the seed beads on it. It looks nice, but I really like the added flat back pearl for dimension. Thanks for sharing! ~~Liz
Thank you Liz!
Adorable..now I finally have use for my seed beads I have had for years!!! Thank you!!
Tara...these are beautiful. I am passing this video on to all my friends and family who craft. Love IT.

I saw an altered domino video on utube using micro beads without holes to cover the sides and thought they would be ideal for these centers. EBay has lots with many colors. There were many other sites to choose from also.

Love this tutorial. Thank you NurseTara04!!!
These are adorable and very pretty. I want to try doing some. I thought maybe Amazon has the flat back pearls also. I think I will check their prices vs. Micheal's or some other vendor. Thank you for the tut.
Fab idea I have loads of these beads thanks Hun xxx
Thank you and thanks for watching!
I really enjoy the "blingy" look of these! Such a great idea. Have you thought about laying the beads flat across paper, and gently "rolling" the pearl through it? (Maybe more will end up flat?) I get that the process itself is enjoyable. My fave is to make embellishments, I sometimes end up liking them so much it is hard to use them!
+Shelly B Thank you so much! I haven't tried it that way as I think the glue will go running everywhere, but I'm not sure. Either way I think they are fun to make, hope you give them a try. Tfw!
thanks for this tutorial I love these

Great ideas! I have lots of left over seed beads that I can do this with. TFS.
BTW, with the Tim glitter center, have you thought of covering it with glossy accents? That should make it shine again a little.
