IK am one of the ones who liked the Dijon mustard video. Now I will try this as well. The more you read the labels on store bought food, the more you want to make of your own so that you can at least pronounce what's in it. This isn't hard to do at all and cost effective. I wasn't surprised at the price difference in the mustard at Walmart, as they have increased prices quite a bit.
I tried making a beer mustard a couple years ago. Was going to be a Christmas present for my son. Even after 2 months of letting it sit, it was so bitter I finally just threw it out. I still have plenty of mustard seed I could try again but definitely a different recipe.
I hate when I spend time on something and it doesn't turn out. I've come to expect it as part of the learning process. I hope this recipe works out better for you.
I love this!!! Thank you so much for sharing homemade mustard. People don't realize that there's so many things they can make themselves...and they aren't hard to do! Great video ❤
What a great video! We LOVE mustard but I have never made it - let alone canned it. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe. This is going on my 'to do' list. Appreciate it!
My son and I are only one who really enjoys mustard so I will need to start out with just one jar. But definitely need to do at least one. Such a beautiful vibrant color. Thank you so much for sharing.

Thanks for coming over and watching! I've enjoyed the collaboration.
I love this. No guessing what weird thing sonebody added to the mustard.
The colder the water the spicier the mustard.
Yes!
The temp of rhe water affects the heat of the mustard.
I did not know that! Thanks! You learn something new every day.
@@PlowAndPantryHomestead The colder the spicier, warmer is milder. I don't know how canning affects it though.
