Can you see the landing burn from SD?
@@rbell7666 Unlikely, as the drone ship was stationed off the coast of Baja California.
@@KalystiaLee Was wondering. As far as I remember the horizon is 60 NM away. Was able to see the entry burn from Burbank.
@rbell7666 So, maybe they could...? I'm a Florida girl and not overly familiar with California geography and topography. But, I'm guessing it would depend on weather and landscape conditions, in addition to sheer distance - The boosters land on the drone ship located off of Baja. Don't know if that helps or not.
@rbell7666 Will shows a graphic at about 18:22 into the video that shows the trajectory much better.
Saw it from San Pedro . Saw the lift off live from the link. Thanks
We missed the launch but saw the contrails lit by the setting sun and they were beautiful. Long Beach, CA.

Cambios

Unbelievable… Go Elon take the US to Mars !!!

1st comment. Woo hoo!
surprised California lets it happen... just a one launch how much carbon emissions it releases .. no regard for what it's releasing into the atmosphere but yet everybody in California that has a car gets taken for a ride
I just observed it from Arizona's skies.
I see them launched all the time. I live in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Just down the beach from the Cape. It never gets old. 😊
