I am kabir from Bangladesh. I was travelled to katpadi, Vellore from Karimganj about one year ago. To see the train first time I was delighted because it was new. At the time of my entry to the train I was charmed and it was total three days journey. My family was along with me, our journey from Karimganj was started in the evening about 5 hours later scheduled time. First night we spent well but next morning when we enter the washroom it was really very bed, washroom was not clean. Finally about food we received from pantry van was too bad that nothing to explain. According to the train food was completely worst. So I am agree with you on this point. Thank you
