@@Sea-7 ORR because eggman has the same proportional philosophy as the fall guys characters, Eggman's silhouette shape is round with a small head. Whilst sonic and friends has an 8-type proportions (their head and body is the same size, whilst their neck makes it look like an 8)
Plus, Egghead's skin tone makes it look like a human (plus the added eyes, glasses, mustache and shirt). His head proportions even match the Fall Guys' sizd if you look close enough
In general though yeah, they put way more effort in designing Eggman than the others

Given how wholesome this crossover is, going so far as to introduce a brand new special themed round which is incredibly fun to play that i very much hope becomes a mainstay in the standard rotation once the event is over.
(A bit unbalanced to have starting locations on the center hill tho...)
I wouldn't be surprised if the next Sonic themed crossover pack somewhere in the future would include costumes based on Amy and Metal-Sonic to fully 100% complete this collection.
I don't think we played the same special round
It's really not hard to overcome a bad start position. Only place it really matters is the final round. Round 1 gives you ages to collect the rings.
@@halcyonacoustic7366 Generally i don't think so either because those spots could much like the old faithful "16+ player Fall Mountain" from when the game first launched, the spawn locations and player requirement for the round can always be adjusted.
The problem is how it creates a significant unfair advantage to anyone starting on the center hill thanks due to the bumpers that offer trails of rings at the start of the round...
As a rotational episode (which it shouldn't be exclusive to), its problem becomes most apparent when a single player that spawn up there can claim one of the trails of rings and cycle around the upper level to collect 20+ rings uncontested in just seconds of the round starting, before everyone else even gets their first 10...
This looks great!! Can't wait to speed around as Sonic & friends. :)

I’ve been playing since the og season 3 it’s a great game, also in season 2 they are coming out with a level builder which will release in september

@@DarthTrilluminati Sure, it looks like it runs slower on the Switch, but I haven't noticed a slowdown for the character I'm playing. Even if the others look like they're missing frames.
They really seem to have put their heart and soul into this dlc, its so charming and bizarre at the same time
But is it a dlc or just an event. Ig the costumes u can keep, but the event game itself will be gone on Aug. 15th

What great get for Fall Guys. My only concern is the length of time for the event.
I completed all the event challenges in about an hour. You have 5 days. The skins are premium currency only and are half price in shop bundles. You can get them all for about $25 USD.
The event has gotta go fast!!
The sonic skins will go to the daily shop after the event
Typically weekly events like this aren't very hard to complete. The most difficult ones have at most taken 5-6 hours to complete.

I knew I'd seen the round preview show on occasion while it was selecting the next round, and found myself wondering what was to come. Not a big Sonic fan myself, but I'm sure this will be fun and the costumes are nice.

I already finished all of the challenges and unlocked all of the cosmetics! It's a fun gamemode that i hope makes a regular apperance in the rotation when you're playing normal shows. Fun and gimicky, just like sonic!
Dude, ever since free to play, it's just been getting harder to get full skins now. Even in events when we should be getting a good skin, all we're getting in this is a pair of shoes.
