I am currently working as an Income Tax Officer, and since childhood, it has been my dream to study at an IIM and secure a job in a reputable company. However, due to my family's financial situation, I couldn't pursue my studies in the conventional way. After completing 12th grade, I took the SSC CHSL exam and started working as an LDC. I completed my graduation through open learning, and after that, I cleared the SSC exam again and became an Income Tax Officer.
In my 12th grade, I scored 63.8%, and in 10th grade, I secured 62.2%. I completed my graduation through open learning, and I belong to the SC category. Additionally, I have an NCC 'A' certificate. I would like to know if I can get admission into an IIM. Please reply.

@@VinodKumar-t7v2z hey IIM also have different programs. There is exec MBA (1year) for people with more than 5years of work experience. You can apply for that if you have more experience. Otherwise, you can apply for normal program. You will need to get good CAT to compensate for average 12th grade marks but if you tell your story well and focus on your unique work experience, you can get admission
