Very nice and spacious 😅I love this one Chang Mai has magnificent spacious properties, I also love the location lesser populated area by the mountains so you are surrounded by some nature, gives a person a lot more to explore most definitely if your working remotely online.
Very suitable for American lifestyle because it is spacious. I like it. Any concerns for criminals / safety? Also, is there any wild animals from the mountains? What about grocery shopping and transportation? Are the neighbors friendly? Once again, I love your presentations, and your nice personality.
The wild animals in Thailand are friendly and it won’t be too far from shopping all u have to do is look on google maps because I actually found some homes she showed on google maps, that way you can see the entire surrounding area, this is another reason why I’m moving to Asia criminals you won’t have to worry about that either as of course no place is perfect nor free from crime but I think we can all agree on this that Thailand crime is a lot lower than here in the usa.For one of those reasons because it is not easy to get a hold of guns and other kind of weapons as many stores there don’t sell them.

This area is up and coming. Only 25-30 minutes from City on a good road. Land going up fast in Doi Saket area (like Mae Rim & Mae On before). Far better value than Mae Rim area in my opinion. San Kamphaeng & Bo-Sang also close to Doi Saket.
Yes $253,000 is to own the home we can own homes,condos,apartments and townhomes in Thailand we just cannot own the land,so if you bought this home for $253,000 usd the only other monthly expenses you will have will be the water and electricity bill that you will be responsible paying for a month.Which in Thailand the electricity and water bill isn’t much at all with both combined you won’t even be paying no more than probably $200 a month and of course food and the yearly federal taxes so on average a year $15,000-25,000 usd a year is what your yearly total expenses will be yearly since you will be purchasing the home they do have other options for us to pay down on the home as well

The house looks very modern to me, and has some nice details that one doesn't often see but that make living more convenient.
Great location, but the faux wood is terrible. The furnishings also don't go together at all well. Chiang Mai is on my bucket list!
