Apki rank par jo bhi govt college mil rha he, usey poora research kro & lower AIIMS ko bhi. Then decide ki tumhe kya lena he. Kyuki medical me placement jaisa to kuch hota nhi he so just see the city, hostel facility, college ranking & infra, is thr any bond or not, distance from your hometown etc. All these things will matter during next 5.5 years of MBBS.

Being a general category student it hurts to see that at the same rank I am not getting even a lowest state government colledge , but at same rank some other category student is getting a decent AIIMS seat .

Appearing students badhne se marks vs rank me difference aa jata he. Jaise last year 23000 rank tak 610 marks vale students the jabki is bar 650 marks par hi same rank aa gai. 1-1 marks par no. of students jyada ane lag jate he. It also depends on level of paper.
Mere 458 marks hai st mujhe mam mbbs ki counselling krani chahiye mam 269000 rank hai and category rank 4800 hai rajasthan
