See....IIT and AIIMS/Medical colleges are two completely different things......first of all, IIT is atleast 10 times more expensive than AIIMS. You need to spend around 8 to 10 L to complete your BTech...and there are thousands of students in each IIT.
For AIIMS you hv to spend just 5k to complete your entire MBBS...And the max students each AIIMS can hold is 150.
AIIMS and other medical colleges are built to support and treat the millions and millions of poor people in this country...So having an extravagant campus for medical education is not required....
Some of the medical colleges like MAMC and Seth GS Mumbai don't hv the hi-fi infrastructure yet they hv produced some of the best doctors of the world.
AIIMS nagpur is best
