This is a great piece! I played your piece “Dragon Lord” recently for a concert. Absolutely loved it, a great and powerful song like this one.
i played this as a bass clarinet for my district honor band this year, it sounds so much different here from when you're actually playing in the middle of a band, and this song is glorius
No problem on the marching band idea. I am heavy into marching band and write for it all the time.
Played this amazing peice at ALL REGION 24, would recomend, all the parts are so fun to play and no one is left out.

I absolutely love this piece. I fell in love with it, and it’s probably my favorite, if not, second favorite for sure.
i played trumpet for this song last year. it was a blast playing it.
I play the trumpet and I love when I come in and spice up the song with little parts here and there and then a long part so much fun to play
i play the alto sax and we do the little background part for you and the tenors during the middle part and i get goosebumps when you guys come in and nearly lose my place each time
This was my first piece of my 8th grade year and my first stab at playing the oboe. I thought this piece was fun and challenging; a great way to start off a year!
I could see this EASILY working on the field for marching band....which probably would cause you major heartburn. But listening to this, it's easy to visualize. GREAT GREAT music and textures. THIS IS GRADE 2?!?!? Wow....I'm old.

Favorite concert band song... like... EVER!!! We did it for middle school district band, and it was clearly a favorite. I got baritone sax, and it took like five minutes to catch my breath after the song

I know, right? I strained to hear any at all!
And then I realized that I was lumped in with either clarinet or trumpet the entire time, I was lucky nobody could hear me.

At 0:38 when the clarinets play there (don’t know what measures) my teacher didn’t let me play that part at the concert because the other girls who played the same part as me couldn’t play it and I could which I found so unfair. Who agrees?
