  • How you take care of yourself today has direct impact on your health for tomorrow and for your future. You can exercise all the time but if you aren't eating foods that are nourishing to your body, you won't get the results you want.
    Thinking ahead, though it may seem way off, how do you want to age?
    Do you want to be able to get down on the floor with your grandchildren? Do you want to be able to live independently as long as possible? Do you want to actually be able to enjoy your retirement?
    People are living longer, yes, but is their quality of life really good? As people age, they are spending more time in the doctor's office, on many prescriptions, in and out of the hospital and struggling to even get around to enjoy life.
    As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I don't want this for you.
    We have to start taking care of our bodies now if we want to age gracefully.
    This is why my next group coaching session will be hitting on four pillars of health to help you age gracefully. We will focus on prioritizing protein, fiber, strength training and keeping our added sugars at or below 25 grams a day. This is not a quick fix. I am here to help you fill your tool box with habits that will help you live sustainably and improve your overall health and well-being. The eight week session costs $169.
