I love mine, but compared to my old Picasso, the storage space is pathetic. Even the glove compartment is mostly taken up by a fuse box. The Picasso had two large under-floor boxes.
@@robertp.wainman4094 I used it for my domestic appliance repairs business - The rear seats were rarely fitted. Tons of room for my crates of spare parts. Super car. I wonder about the newer Picasso- but it's larger and I doubt it will fit in my garage, between my workbenches.
£27 grand for a new one is an absolute joke, but if you wait 2 years and buy a used one with just a few miles it would have lost at least £10 grand ( another good reason not to buy new,) and is then a very reasonable car
Tamer Rateb Hassan I have just got some information back from Citroen. The 2014 Citroen C4 Picasso and Grand C4 Picasso will launch in Egypt September 2014. Hope this was helpful!
blue hdi exclusive+ 2016; love the car, don't like the touchscreen(too fiddly) HATE the satnav esp in France -place names & road nos. read by someone in a hurry that can't speak French!
+Inside Lane First of all, additional space: Older model have much more storage especially cockpit area. Storage in the middle (chilled) was bigger and on new model doors are coliding with cup-holders (when used). There is a lot of space in the middle console to hide DC/DC voltage converters etc. but they choose to fill most important storage with it... !?! Floor storage compartment is wayy smaller and filled with sound equipement... why Citroen.... WHYYYY ? Climatronic controls : 2006 model had seperate for front passanger and driver. For me Picasso series and Spacelight berlingo's are very important this is why I do not understand why Citroen took the most important parts of family cars. They focused so much on the outside look and forgot about whats most important.
+Inside Lane Also I can help you understand why they give us flappy paddle gearbox. Automatic gearbox in Picasso (Xsara and 2006 at least) have a problem with climbing step hills on full automat option. When you approach hill engine is reaching high rev and this is so annoying inside after 1000km drive :-) So you switch to manual and force to go to higher gear and everything is ok (I say that from petrol version experience). Its nice to have this on steering column than reaching to the center of cockpit, and if you go to country like Croatia you have a lot of work with that... You dont buy automatic gearbox to move your hands from stering wheel, especially on curvy mountain roads. You are not going for a racing feel rather than trying to keep your family safe.
+mysteryMachinePL I like your review and I understand that you are not an every day user of that kind of car so you can skip some details and its ok. I was just pointing that they did go south with this car a bit too far for me.
Mine has the CD player, and fortunately isn't Ad-blu. Still weirdly has zero vehicle tax though. I seemed to strike lucky there. But oddly, Khan still wants twelve quid if I ever go to London.
Love this guy, great job. Nice to see a proper decent review.
Thank you very much! More reviews on the way,,,

The Xsara Picasso was such a great design - used mine as car, van, office......and on occasions a bed for the night!

It has no CD player
Most cars don't now.
I don't think so
