This is good. Easy to understand even for me in Norway 😊 lots of details. First time I have understood how to get more of the blue region's in my pictures.
Overall good video but in the future I would recommend either removing the window at the bottom right with your video feed or move the tools you are using in pixinsight because your video is covering up some of the options you are selecting. Also having the video window is distracting.
Thanks you for this great video tutorial using many of the latest tools. Can I just ask what was your reason for stretching the image with GHS before removing the stars. Other vids I have seen remove the stars before stretching the image, so I am interested in why the difference? Thank you
I was doing pretty well until 13:43. Your Process Console said, "Searching for optimal magnitude limit." Mine said, "*** Error: Database files not available for the Gaia DR3/SP catalog, or the XPSD server is not properly configured. Reading swap files... 1791.145 MiB/s ". What's an absolute beginner to do?

Thanks very much, glad the video was of some use. If was help, it would be great if you can give the video and thumbs up.
Very good tutorial! Have saved this to floor along with my own data! Thanks 👍

It's just the way I have always done it as if you stretch stars separately then your background levels won't match when you recombine the stars.
Thanks
