Stannis being at the front despite the odds being so heavily against him is one of the biggest aura moments A real ‘First on, Last off’ moments He also fought till the very end, really shows he was a capable commander and fighter all along even in his old age. Always honourable and did his duty, whatever he believed was right.. up until it killed him
@@sammygmarie definitely! 100% of the time First on shore AND first on the ladders in the Blackwater while Joffrey ran and hid First on the field infront of his army which many were running ON FOOT while Ramsey (though we don’t see) I doubt was in the initial charge against Stannis or he would have been the one to kill Stannis Stannis is THE military leader in Westeros
Cersei's feet have never walked barefooted anywhere. In the book she in complaining in her thoughts about not even being allowed to have slippers. Her feet are cut by sharp rocks and broken pottery. Her walk is 10x worse in the books. A dead cat is even thrown at her and explodes on impact at her feet. It covers her feet and legs with rotten entrails and maggots. She falls in puddles of nightsoil, spat on, told how old and sagging she is. It goes on and on. To put into perspective how long the walk is, in the books this scene takes about 25mins to read.
Yeah...I honestly i found show version VERY tame by comparison....they could have made it much worse....which may not have been a bad thing from a pure visual spectacle.
@@USCFlash I agree, but I feel they made up with the visual and audio with House of the Dragon. you saw how ppl reacted to the sound of things in season 2.
I can hear the lump in the throat trying to hold a couple of tears back. This is so shocking because we knew anyone could die but JON died?! I couldn’t handle it. The red wedding was crazy and I thought it prepared me for everything but it didn’t prepare me for this
true. Do you think if he just stayed in 2nd place instead of being lord commander, they wouldnt have killed him? IMO i believe they killed him BECAUSE he was in charge and they didnt like the way he was leading, and not just being a "traitor".
Isn’t it heartbreaking to know when Olly came to Sam asking questions about what’s right and wrong Sam said all the wrong things.. like they were all true but to Olly it made Jon look like a villain, like he was protecting the Freefolk and turning his back on his own brothers.. Olly could have warned Sam.. but didn’t because he thought Alistair and them were right
If you remember in the last episode, Stannis’ wife tried to stop her daughter being burned at the very end.. I believe she did that to herself as well. I doubt people trying to leave/infiltrate the camp would take the time to grab her and do all that
Her, the mothers, only sense of self worth was in who she married and the children she bore him. She was sold and then produced an unwelcome child and then her husband lost interest. Sad character. She didn’t choose her life. It chose her and it broke her. Happens still.
Your reaction to Sansa and Theon escaping together from Winterfell "hell" was priceless! Come on Sansa and Reek!!! 😂 Come on Reeeek! One of my favourite scenes.
Yo, so my wife started S1, E1 when this show started. She'd watch in the other room to not spoil it for me because she knew I'd get into it. I'll never forget her screaming at the damn TV when they got John Snow. The screams were enough for me. I binged all 5 seasons in time for S6 to come out. Love this show.
I feel like people way too easily forget what horrors Ollie was subjected to by the Wildlings/Freefolk, literally his whole village was slaughtered, his parents murdered in front of him, Thenn told him he's going to eat his parents. To him, the Wildlings/Freefolk are not even people, but some beasts in human form.

Ned Stark, Robert Baratheon, Renly Baratheon, Rob Stark, Catelyn Stark, Egret, Stannis Baratheon, Joffrey Lannister, Myrcella Lannister, Oberyn Martell, Tywin Lannister.....are all dead. Now Jon Snow. George RR Martin certainly loves killing off his main characters. Arya is blind. And Sansa jumped off a wall.
Drogon really said "moooom, five more minuteees" 😂 (Nah but he really had every right to rest up, Dany just went exploring for a bit and these people just spawned lol)

Religious zealots like the High Sparrow are always more evil and cruel than Cersei ever was. She may have deserved to be punished...but not by people worse than her. Cersei deserves revenge... and I'm here for it!!!
The only people who could’ve punished Cersei were people who were worse than her. She deserved what she got for trying to kill a child for discovering her incest.
@@JadoreChocolat She didn't push Bran out the window... that was Jamie. Cersei confronted him a couple of episodes later because that wasn't what she wanted. And Jamie was completely without remorse.
Dani had no experience riding or controlling dragons. Drogon came to her because Drogo's soul is inside him. Drogo had no interest in saving anyone but her, and she was acting on instinct when she mounted him. And he took her to his home, The Great Grass Sea. He took her to the Dothraki at Vaes Dothrak. That was his instinct.
Ouch, they think marcella is the only one who knows about Jamie and Cersei? It's common knowledge, everyone knows. Stannis sent out a mass mailing of ravens in the second season, telling anyone with a mailbox about the incest.
whenever I start to think it really doesn't make sense for Myrcella to be happy Jaime's her father, I remember her "father" was Robert Baratheon. It's so sad that he was such a shitty and absent father that she's happy it's actually her damn uncle, who was probably way more involved in her life and kind to her. She'd rather be a child of incest than be Robert's daughter. Ew!!!! :(
The girl was familiar because she’s the girl Arya talked into drinking the water at the house of black and white Also turns out Meryn Trant wasn’t a kid toucher but a kid beater instead.. makes sense as to why he was happy to beat Sansa on King Joffrey’s orders in season 2
Yep, there was a huge snowdrift below Sansa and Theon when they jumped from the wall of Winterfell. In the books they state in an early description that the outer walls are 100' high and the snow sometimes reaches the top.

I think Cersei wouldve’ve been jealous of Myrcella’s relationship with Tristan had she witnessed it but she would’ve liked him because he has no ulterior motives
I believe it would have made her even more furious that he has no ulterior motives since that doesn't fit her world image. She has got an antisocial personality disorder, psychopath etc, and cannot relate to happiness, empathy, or the idea that she's not the most perfect creature that ever existed.
The reek hype 🔥 Theon fucking Greyjoy was still in there somewhere, and made an appereance at the exact right time (mind you, there's been quite a few other times we've needed him to step the fuck up, but idk if they would have resulted in anything different than not leaving last ep would have resulted in)
Haven’t watched but given what happens to both their main characters (Hobbs as an arry fan and dev as a snowman fan who said he may be done if he got killed at hardhome) they gonna be HEATED 😂
I got a little behind on your reactions, but I'm back! There are a few deaths in this show that actually made me sick to my stomach. One was Princess Shereen, and the other was Jon Snow. Both those deaths felt so personal. And both their stories felt so tragic in the sense that both those characters were GOOD PEOPLE. We have lots of bad people, and lots of morally grey- but not many who are genuinely good people. So losing those 2 so close together was heartbreaking.
