Great track, great little dog that you must be real proud of. But I think a 300 win mag was way too much gun for the young hunter. The father should not force/allow such a young man to use such a butt kicking gun. Just asking for pulled or jerked trigger shots . Just my opinion.

As a tracker myself, I can say you and your dog did a fantastic job. Scent pools and coyotes complicate tracks and your dog nailed it. Congrats!
