Looks great Robbie. Hit all those fresh cut/drilled sheet metal edges with some rustoleum sealing primer or your body will rust very quickly. Paint and clear coat prevents that from factory, but without it will rust within a few months.
You've come so far man. It is so great to see someone with passion for cars and no professional background in auto mechanics just kill it. Looking forward to seeing that 200k goal hit!
I'm only 8 minutes 15 seconds into the vlog. I'm compelled to comment now by saying, "respect brother!" I seen your first video from when you got the kit, in my recommended videos. Been watching since, and I'm honestly impressed which is hard to do. I respect that you're not some rich kid with access to a fully furnished and stocked shop like tj, but you're doing this literally in your garage and all hands on learning as you go. Seeing you take chances and risks, builds others confidence to try shit on their own and not being scared of fucking something up, because it can always be fixed. I'll be watching and possibly subscribing. Hopefully I'm not disappointed because I see great things from you so far. Lmmfao at about 14:12 you literally fuck up and fix it just like I made a comment about! Tf are the chances of that?!?! Mind blown LMAO
So I just been a binge watch on your channel and I am ADDICTED XD but I’m glad I came across this because you explain things so perfectly. I can’t wait to work on my car 🙏🏽🔥
Dude when u where explaining how to mount the fenders i was mind blown👌 you are a genius! Btw being that happy when smart plans are turning out well i see myself in you! Very funny
Your one of the few youtubers I genuinely loook forward to posting. Its like a never ending story with your car. Great as always robbie 🤙🏼 hopin we can have a channel and community like yours one day
So, I have a 2021 Camry TRD and there's a widebody kit by Battle Aero. I'm discussing the idea on Toyota Nation forums and getting hated on for even thinking I can do it myself. Saving me thousands of dollars I don't have. This particular video series motivated me to do it any ways. I wish you would go more in depth on how to seal the inner wheel wells and liners. I'm trying to learn as much as possible!!!!
Yo Robbie ngl I’m really real proud of you , not just the part of how far you’ve come with customising your cars but how far you’re Chanel has come , I’m so happy to see that you’ve learned all of this stuff pretty much buy yourself , I hope everything goes well for you man , and the brz it going to look so amazing ❤️❤️ much love from you’re man in Australia 😇💗💗
Love the flush widebody, the way you did the kit by fiberglass ingredients the bolts from behind is a stellar idea. I'm going to use this method in the future. Great work !! Keep the content coming. The Kit looks Awesome !! Your story inspires me
She looks soo good!!! I'm super excited to see what comes next!! The exhaust and rear bumper are definitely gonna be my favorite part! I love booty! Keep it up!
Your mounting method was super unique. Can't wait to see it driving around the LML in person. Sadly my 86 is up getting its own kit on this winter so I'll have to wait til spring.
🔥🔥⚡⚡coming along nicely bro!!. Def do the carbon on those front pieces. Will look waayyy better. I agree completely. Cant wait for the rest of the build!!!!
Tou just had a brilliant idea for the bolts! From the front it looks like a lexus LFA 😍 What seize will the wheels be? 12" wide? Cuz the kit is wiiiiide AF 😱
From someone who does this professionally, I’m impressed. You put a lot of thought into the process and it looks like it worked out really well. What city are you in? Maybe I’ll see your car at a show or event
for the future, instead of soaking the tops of the bolts with paint to mark the spots to drill or whatever, try using a dab of toothpaste or peanutbutter. That's what I've done and it's worked great.
Watching you modify the body of both your cars has me wanting to put side skirts & bumper swap my truck. Gonna try the side skirts off my 98 civic onto my truck, hoping to video the process as well Stay Committed
Wanted to say thank you bro for the creativity with the mounting now I have a way to mount my kit on my tt with out molding it ( P.S I know this is old but have the same wheels lol) great content!
Really cool to see how far you've come with you cars. Nice that you're doing stuff real proper and come up with such creative and well done solutions to the issues you come across, and most importantly, staying committed to what you do, keep it up!
very good video been watching for around 9 months i’d say and i love the videos when the video is of clips that are from 3-4 days before you post it shows more content we all love and really makes the videos better
Robbie what you could do is have one of your friends scan those parts and then 3-D print them with a Amber clear film it so it looks like a real turn light or you could do it in a clear and just use an amber bulb or LED
Looks great. Cool idea about the fiberglass to hold the mounting bolts. You could also use 3M Panel Bonding Adhesive to hold them. That's what they use to glue panels instead of welding these days. Strong stuff. 👌
That shit is clean AF with the hidden hardware. Please tell me you shouted at Karma when you posted this... You might actually be the first person in the world to do this.
When you go to paint it, don't forget the protective wrap on the hood
this ^
Whats protective wrap and why only the hood?
@@hahasuckers3314 its protecting hood from rock chips
@@Kimiskustomgarage thats cool never knew that but why only the hood?
@@hahasuckers3314 if im right that clear tape is pretty expensive and if you are first timer its hard to apply on not flat places
Robbie try to convert those loose front piece’s into a Amber turn signal light. Give them a purpose
Ed Duenas dang dude that’s a really good idea
Nice idea there dude !
good idea but arent they for airflow
You can’t even begin to imagine how big my smile is when you post a new video!!! Thank you!!
lmao same

keep having brad in videos when emersons gone i like him
Ditto. Emo comes on, changes channel.
Omg broooo the idea with the inside hardware damn son i never thought of that
When you realize the outro is about to get changed soon
Been waiting on it tbh
Lol
Kit looks so dope and i'm so happy this method has worked!
the clean look without hardware exposed is one of my favourite looks!
F
or he could just get nyloc nuts to put on the bolt
JP true mate, but it’s not as easy to remove the nuts when you need to take them off, in my opinion anyway dude!
One of the only youtube channels that does this kind of vids this good, hope that youll keep up this amazing work
I would put 3m tape on the widebody just for extra security and weatherprofeness
Umer Afzal yea it’ll seal it better
that's gonna be a pain when he has to get it off though
Rubber gaskets would do the same job
He said he will after paint lol
Rubber gaskets, like what come with a lot of fender flare, would be the best bet for sealing it against the weather
It'll look even wider once the panels are painted. absolute quality.
and new wider wheels
Last video hurt my soul with that grinder to them crispy fenders, but seeing the kit all together just make this, OOOOHHHHHHHH 😍😍😍
With content like this you’ll get boost in no time
Jesus.. you shouldn't be here. 👀
Get a carbon fiber hood for the brz and put the subaru badge on the front bumper
P.s. i love the way the brz is looking
This kit is perfect, and the reverse hardware was genius. Bless Robbie, the BRZ is coming together perfectly.
I really can’t wait for the final look...
So happy for you Robbie.

Oh yeah boi here we go, since I'm from europe and waking up soon I should be sleeping, but I'm staying up only for this vid

Bro! The engineering behind your bolt idea is GENIUS!
Such a simple idea to mount the wide body but a fantastic idea at that! Looks amazing, cant wait to see it in all its glory!
This is actually super informative, and mounting the bolts with fiberglass was extremely clever. Over never seen that before.
Dude when u where explaining how to mount the fenders i was mind blown👌 you are a genius! Btw being that happy when smart plans are turning out well i see myself in you! Very funny

Good thinking on installing the hardware the way u did. Mad props car is looking fire. Can't wait to see the final product.
I think I know what body kit I'm gonna put on my '15 brz now. Just give me a few years to save up for it xD
So agreee when u do it like that. Hide all the hardware. Good to see u do it. Keep up. Im getting excited.
thank you robbie for this idea !! going to be doing this method on my widebody kit.
I'm loving this build just like the other 2. But I'm even more hyped for the turbo or power mods haha
Karma kit looks amazing and I like the route you took for mountin🔥🔥🔥
Thank you so much for posting this, first reverse mounting vid I seen and It really helps
Looks great Robbie. Great idea to bolt on and have them hidden I did not think of that!

Lock washer or lock tight, everyone of those is gonna rattle loose and too keep tightening them and maintaining that is gonna be a nightmare
I'd say lock tight and maybe? Rubber washers, depends on how much the kit rattles
@@symbik6189 Loctite red and it definitely won't budge. Ever.
Great idea, so when he wants to take it back off every bolt snaps out of its fibreglass cocoon and ruins the whole install 😂
Which is why I said epoxy in my next comment

that's actually good, beefy hardware to hold it in place. hope the bolt doesn't spin or break from the mounts

When can we expect the boost
Damn bro didn't realize you were located in BC. Crazy to see a local car UA-camd here. Keep up the great content!
That is some amazingly clean fitment
amazing application! I would suggest nylock nuts so you don't have to worry about the bolts loosening due to vibrations of the car.
Hey! You should prevent rust where you cut the fenders! Like clearcoat or something👍🏼❤️
This is the comment
Thats what i was about to comment
What a way to install a kit wowwwww🔥🔥🔥🔥
I hate this kit but the way youre mounting it is so cool. Great idea
Yo Robbie is a fiberglass genius
Most people would make one vid of just one fender and each piece I love the grind

@@X1XBlackbirdX1X - on a karma of course. That's why I asked if he gave them a shout out
honestly if widebody kits came like that it would be a big deal in the future
Looks dope man! I actually kinda like the front bumper without the vents tbh tho XD
Cant wait !! When its done
The outside shot makes it look a lot wider than in the garage. It looks sick man.
Epic job on those front fenders!
Use locking nuts instead of the regular ones they won’t come off with vibrations nice build lol
Yo I love the new body kit bro, your brz is the dopest !!🤩👍
I'm so fuckin stoked on this build! big moves quickly bro!!!
It already looks so awesome man
