THE LOST PATROL 😺👍🕹️!!! Me and my friends played this game a lot as the kids and teenagers on my Amiga 500 and my friend's Amiga 1200 back in the 1990's 😺👍🕹️. The loading screens are absolutely amazing 😺👍. The mini games are brilliant 😺👍🕹️. And the best of all: THE MUSIC 🎵🎶 😺👍!
ooh almost forgot about this, never played it myself but visited a classmate who showed it to me. I was impressed, coming from 16 colors on my c64. very atmospheric
If you have time to invest then this game is really engrossing but painfully difficult to keep all of your men happy... rewarding though if you manage to make good progress 😇🕹️👌

Those men can turn pretty ruthless when morale gets low cant they! Its hard to stop them all going awol, but its a great challenge if you can pull it off and reach the end. Graphically this was awesome for its day 😇🕹️👌
Went C64 to Atari ST to MS-Dos PC, so missed out on the Amiga... Played this on emulation, though, and it was very good. Stands up today in design and sound.
It's pretty engrossing, if you have the patience... as its a slow pace game. However I really enjoyed the whole experience. Definitely worth playing 😇🕹👌
great game and even better music :) sometimes I'll play it again and try to reach Duhoc, I've never succeeded :) but it will definitely work one day :-D beautiful memories❤

Managed to get everybody to base alive and well lots of times myself. I played it hundreds of times, literally. One of the best video games I've played in my entire life, and I've been gaming uninterruptedly since the Pong days up until now.
A truly immersive and wonderful simulation. If you have a good imagination, like myself, you'd do everything in your power to make sure those boys all got home safe and was completely engrossed. Love it 😇🕹️👌
A game where you play on the loosing side. The U.S.was the aggressor and completely in the wrong and got their assessment handed to them. The effects of what they did with Agent Orange is still being felt. Unforgivable.
"The U.S." is not a Kaiju made of an homogeneous mass of like-minded drones. More than 90% of the kids who fought and died in Vietnam were forcefully enrolled boys in their late teens and early twenties who didn't want to be there and just tried to survive the ordeal and go back home in one piece. And many of them ended up victims of the agent orange, too, being told it was just an inoffensive herbicide. Criticize politicians all you want, but please leave the men and woman from both sides who actually had to fight that war, whether they wanted or not, out of your simplistic manifestos, please, thanks.

War strategy games are not my normal cup of tea, but it looks detailed enough that it might be worth giving it a go.
Its definitely more of a resource management strategy, with some cool mini-games thrown in. I like this game 😇🕹️👌
